In short they OPEN HASH AND PUT IT BACK FOR THE NEXT CUSTOMER and they don’t have system to separate online and walk ins properly. Here are a couple experiences I had shopping here
I don’t like to leave bad reviews but Rex the manager here has left me no choice. I come to shop every 2 weeks and I bring my grandmother because she needs her edibles and she can’t drive I just get an oz of whatever is good at the time. So the first bad experience was 7/10 they were short staffed and Rex was working the line you could feel the stress and anxiety radiating from him when it was our turn I wanted to look at couple things he pretty much rushed me through my order and then treated my grandma the same I helped explain what she wanted and she forgot to mention something after he grabbed everything you can tell he was getting more stressed and anxious with each new person coming in he snapped at us “is that everything” even if it wasn’t we both just wanted to leave he didn’t even mention or show us the hash on sale.
I figured I give them a second chance we went back two weeks later almost had Rex help us again thought we dodged the bullet we got a really nice bud tender who was new super friendly showed us tons of stuff and when he put my order in the computer it didn’t look right so he asked Rex bad idea. He came over looks at the computer and berated me for not knowing how they’re tiers work and walked away. He made the bud tender feel like an idiot too PLEASE WORK THE FRONT REX DONT TALK TO THE CUSTOMERS
