Used to be cool, low key place with good staff who know what they’re talking about. Staff has gotten worse in the past year or so, they will sell you junk if you let them

Clean store, friendly staff, and a good selection of different products. They’ve got the best $5 grams around.

We were in the neighborhood for dinner and low on a couple things in our medicine cabinet, so decided to pop in for a refill. Showed up 35 min before closing and handed the budtender my medical card with my ID. "Do you *really* want me to take the time to enter this in right now, or...?" Yes, dude. I had cancer. This is not just a thing I carry around. I'm sorry if it's an imposition. Shop had a decent selection of clones and some nicer flower but the display wasn't particularly effective and top shelf strains seemed expensive. Then the tender (same guy who didn't seem too happy about putting my medical card in the system) tried to upsell me when I decided on some of their sale flower. Also didn't make change correctly. Overheard another exchange between a customer seeking a product that would help her son with his ADHD and the other budtender in the shop was not steering her in an appropriate direction. If you're a medical customer or would like to have a conversation with your budtender about medical applications, steer clear.

Best shop in North Portland. Rachel helped me find some clones last week for my garden. Nate & JJ Have helped me in the past to find some great flowers. Gorilla cookies, platinum blueberry cookies and this week Durban Poison. I quit shopping around town and commute out my way here just because of the excellent service I get here. This is my favorite shop and have no need to go anywhere else.

FILLED WITH SEEDS! The flower here is so filled with seeds the product is unusable. I am extremely dissatisfied. Not only will I not shop here again, I will be telling everyone I know about the poor quality of your product. SHOP ELSEWHERE!

Don't depend on menu in Lefly being available at store, they dont manage it well. Too expensive !. The market is saturated and many shops are charging less.

Overpriced, if they truly had “kind hearts” they’d not make weed into a commodity an charge 18 for something that i can get for 4 somewhere else

I had never been to this dispensary before, but had wanted to come for some time. They usually have some strains on the menu at really decent prices ( $40 1/4), on a regular basis. I travel from Forest Grove to get a good deal. I really liked the Kenton neighborhood this is in. It's on a bus line ( #4) and only a few blocks from the Yellow Line MAX. The only thing I didn't like about this place was that once I was buzzed back into the bud room, I had to stand and wait for someone to help me. The only bud tender there was super busy with two people, already. I must have come during a shift change or something. I use a cane and have bad knees and can't stand in one place for long. I hope I didn't seem like I was angry at all, pacing as I did, but if I stand in one place too long, it literally hurts me. I waited for at least 5 minutes. As a medical patient, I've never had to wait like that at a place that wasn't busy. My only other complaint was that I couldn't see the weed, beforehand. It's all already weighed out in zip-locked white plastic bags. It makes it easier for the bud tenders, I guess, to be able to grab and go, but it is nice to see exactly what you are buying. That being said, Mercedes was my bud tender that day. She was amazing! She steered me away from a strain that was a bargain towards another one because she was honest and told me it wasn't as good as this other one. I do really appreciate a bud tender who sells you what you need and not what they are told to push. Kudos to you, Merdedes. Once she waited on me, things were cool. I absolutely LOVE my Wedding Cake and my Chem Dawg buds, some might nice, large, tight nugs in them bags. The Girl Scout Cookies crumble from Hood Oil is a bargain at $20, too. I will come back here, for sure. But next time, please, don't buzz me back there unless there is someone there to help me in a timely manner. I'd much rather sit in the waiting room, reading the Culture Mag and/or talking to the receptionist. I'd much rather wait in comfort.

Every time I visit there is always a friendly face greeting me, great music playing and it smells wonderful. When I make it to the sales floor the budtenders are knowledgeable and welcoming. They usually have bud on sale and I've never been disappointed. Bad reviews shouldn't even be a thing when it comes to this shop.

Definitely a must to visit. Excellent budtenders, responsive to phone calls and really great.

Full price for prepackaged flower?Yeah they have the one display bud you can look at. But who's to say what you will get in one of their pre packed mystery bags. No thanks

Had to follow up on my prev. clone review. Just noticed the prices jumped over 60%. Purchased 4 a couple months ago at $15. Then a few weeks later at $18. Now, they are showing as $24 ea. on the menu. Compared to clones around the pdx area - they were about 25% less in retail pricing. Now, less than 3 months later, they're 25% more...??

Been in a few times since moving into the 'hood 3 months ago, and staff has always been super friendly and helpful - especially Josh and front desk chick (her name eludes me now, but definitely not the rude space-case mentioned in an older review)! I always check Leafly for reviews, menu, and specials before stopping in. As far as the pre-packaged flowers... at least they're not coming from a jar that's been opened & closed who knows how many times throughout the day, for who knows how many days in a row. I have 1 request for improvement, however... When posting a strain for sale on Leafly, please double-check the spelling (including spaces between words) so that I can properly research before purchasing. Thanks, Kind Heart Collective! Bought a crap clone that was runty and developed spotting even then bud tender could not id, no refunds/exchanges leads to wasted time and tent space
