Honestly nothing to dislike about Kind Leaf, every time I have gone in there (from the day they opened until now) has been a very welcoming, warm experience. The atmosphere itself is an experience and a great one at that. Every employee seems to always be happy, greeting people with smiles and caring about what they are looking for, asking open ended questions and are engaging to the point of making you feel like you can open up to them about things and your personal Cannibus needs. I highly, HIGHLY, recommend Kind Leaf... forget the other places, you won’t ever be greeted to a warmer atmosphere than what Kind Leaf offers!

I ”loved” the fact that every one of my questions were answered so they made sense to me. Let’s face it, we are all individuals after all. I was going through one bottle of Tincture, 30ml, in one week. It was concentrated, so I tried it. It was FFE—Lemon OG Kush 2gIt is in a tube and 1/4 the amount of the Tincture. The new concentration is 29 THC PER SERVING. Guess what, it doesn’t worked better than the tincture. I kinda felt ripped off but I know the staff and the store. You couldn’t let a little miss understanding like that get in our way. No way. See you soon Lind Leaf Pendleton Oregon.

I love this location for the variety, it is a massive dispensary. The selection is huge. I mean HUGE- the wall of weed, with the "Farmer's Market" Sign really makes me happy- what an experience every time. I shop the flower- and the selection is really good, always changing too- new strains from new farms. The Wall of weed and the customer service keep me coming back every time.

Every visit to this Cannabis store is a delight, all employees are super professional and always kind...THATS WHY THEY CALL IT KIND LEAF IN MY OPINION!!!!

stood in line 10 minutes behind the "on line orders" sign. please make it more viable there is a new window... it's written in small print. I would have stood there longer had I not wondered over and read the sign about the new window. Your discounts are insulting. I saved $1.60 on my $48 eighth for ordering online. Seriously you might as well give nothing. Beautiful store and atmosphere before this COVID crap. I understand why they encourage online pick up. just do a better job.

Kind Leaf's budtenders know their stuff! They never rush me through and always take the time to answer all of my questions and concerns, no matter how numerous they are. They have an excellent selection. They are diligent about the products that they allow on their shelves. Their customer ARE their #1 priority and it shows! The atmosphere is always welcoming with a nice selection of "other" items to look at while you wait, which usually isn't long.

Bud tender was super nice and had great customer service but the bud I received was not the same one I ordered online for pickup. Super lame but everything else was great.

I can't explain how disappointed and upset I am, first of all since this virus stuff is going on, we couldn't go inside we immediately opened the door and were told to order online and then come pick it up, I first walked in and walked right back outside to try and figure out how to order it and my friend and daughter and I stood outside for a split second to talk about it really fast and then the woman came outside and told us were congragating outside and need to leave, I have never been treated so rudely in my life, I have never had to deal with someone that acted so outrageous to tell me and my friend and daughter to go to our car and order because we were "congragating" and we can't do that, it was three people, they say not to be in groups bigger than 6-10 people WE ARE THREE PEOPLE, we had no symptoms we aren't sick and we didn't do anything wrong we just didn't know, kind leaf has lost my business permanently now because of how rude this woman was. I would just like to say that I'm highly disappointed in this business for treating customers so badly.

This place is AMAZING. This is my first time back since the pandemic and the care that they’re taking for their staff and customers is absolutely phenomenal. They have such an amazing selection, and on top of that, their staff is so friendly and helpful. It seriously feels like going to a friends house shopping here. ❤️ Would 10/10 recommend.

Even during this crazy time the staff was super kind (pun intended) and the place was beautiful inside! Only wish I had more time to shop. This store gave off more of a “lifestyle” vibe rather than a seedy weed shop which a lot more shops throw out there than should. Marijuana is legal now folks, and this store gives it the respect it should

The only place I shop in Pendleton and it's the best in the state - from my wanderings. I'm always greeted with a smile. With a few questions, the knowledge from budtenders help guide me to the right mixture in flower or concentrate.
