I appreciated the budtender Shawn. Helped me with a calm and chill attitude and helped me find exactly what I was looking for instead of what a lot of other sales reps try to do and cheap sale people for what they don't always want. His customer service skills make it worth going back.

Was helped by Ashleigh during this visit and while normally I'd splurge, I had a set budget this time around, she helped me loads with picking some good cheaper strains and definitely knocked it out of the park. I come here almost every week. My favorite dispensary for sure. Always has an awesome sale going on.

I love Kindleaf and I will always give it a five star review. However, while I appreciate their practice of limiting exposure to the coronavirus through online ordering, I did not see a warning on their website saying that they were doing so. My partner and I live in La Grande, OR and it would have been nice to know that before we made the trip. We would have ordered before hand so it would of been ready when we got there. I suppose we should have called instead of assuming it would be business as usual. Oh well, now we know. My only criticism here is please put a banner or something on the homepage so people are kept informed.

High Desert is the Walmart of weed stores in Pendleton. Cheap, affordable and convenient. And Kind Leaf? The Safeway or even Whole Foods of weed stores. Very high quality but too expensive for my conscience to spend on the regular. I go to both even though I wish I could be loyal to Kind Leaf it’s not reasonable for the regular weed smoker.

Pro's: Extremely friendly bud-tenders that are for the majority well versed in the cannabis industry, clean lobby and med area, and very reasonable deals. another great thing about this location is they offer the best medical discounts around;(the closest match is all the way in Eugene.) Cons: MINIMALISTIC. Occasionally, there can be a surplus of customers that overwhelm the employees. This issue however is not noticable enough for me to dock any points in retrospect of quality, atmosphere, nor service. Kind leaf of Pendleton seems to function even better than other dispensary's that follow a DMV's style of ticket-print serve by number basis.

What do I like about my visit? Since day one of being shopping here way back in 2017, I have always felt this place as my second home, all the employees are family to me. I never know what I want to smoke, I always will take the budtenders recommendations and they have never let me down, not only do they have smoke in all forms, but they have like 5 brands of different blended RSO oils and infused Breath Spray! I have become much more open to consuming oils rather than smoking and it has done wonders for my health too. I will never shop anywhere else 😃

I love this place

I first visited this place as a novice smoker and they were very informative and helpful. They've helped me become more comfortable with strain selection and making sure that I get products that are within my dosage range. I don't shop anywhere else in town now.

Love the friendly service of the employees. They are always willing to help in any way. Really like the pick up window. Makes it so convenient especially on days when I’m hurting to not have to walk through the store to pick up my meds.

Honestly nothing to dislike about Kind Leaf, every time I have gone in there (from the day they opened until now) has been a very welcoming, warm experience. The atmosphere itself is an experience and a great one at that. Every employee seems to always be happy, greeting people with smiles and caring about what they are looking for, asking open ended questions and are engaging to the point of making you feel like you can open up to them about things and your personal Cannibus needs. I highly, HIGHLY, recommend Kind Leaf... forget the other places, you won’t ever be greeted to a warmer atmosphere than what Kind Leaf offers!

The staff is knowledgeable and passionate about their products and the industry they work in. Always a delight to walk into Kind Leaf’s bright, spacious shop. I have been coming to kind leaf for about the last two months. I always have a wonderful time, and even with the current pandemic they’ve still managed to make every visit worth my 45 minute drive lol :) Excellent customer service, beautiful and clean shop, and they have all you need! Still feels like I haven’t had a chance to check out everything they can supply! I HIGHLY suggest this dispensary anytime you’re in Pendleton or can take the beautiful drive there!

I love this location for the variety, it is a massive dispensary. The selection is huge. I mean HUGE- the wall of weed, with the "Farmer's Market" Sign really makes me happy- what an experience every time. I shop the flower- and the selection is really good, always changing too- new strains from new farms. The Wall of weed and the customer service keep me coming back every time.

I love this place, my only wish is that I had the time to stay here longer <3 so many products to shop so much good info to take in too.

I ”loved” the fact that every one of my questions were answered so they made sense to me. Let’s face it, we are all individuals after all. I was going through one bottle of Tincture, 30ml, in one week. It was concentrated, so I tried it. It was FFE—Lemon OG Kush 2gIt is in a tube and 1/4 the amount of the Tincture. The new concentration is 29 THC PER SERVING. Guess what, it doesn’t worked better than the tincture. I kinda felt ripped off but I know the staff and the store. You couldn’t let a little miss understanding like that get in our way. No way. See you soon Lind Leaf Pendleton Oregon.

Every visit to this Cannabis store is a delight, all employees are super professional and always kind...THATS WHY THEY CALL IT KIND LEAF IN MY OPINION!!!!

Kind Leaf's budtenders know their stuff! They never rush me through and always take the time to answer all of my questions and concerns, no matter how numerous they are. They have an excellent selection. They are diligent about the products that they allow on their shelves. Their customer ARE their #1 priority and it shows! The atmosphere is always welcoming with a nice selection of "other" items to look at while you wait, which usually isn't long.

stood in line 10 minutes behind the "on line orders" sign. please make it more viable there is a new window... it's written in small print. I would have stood there longer had I not wondered over and read the sign about the new window. Your discounts are insulting. I saved $1.60 on my $48 eighth for ordering online. Seriously you might as well give nothing. Beautiful store and atmosphere before this COVID crap. I understand why they encourage online pick up. just do a better job.
