The only place I come to in New Buffalo. There's more variety and the budtenders are always nice

We arrived at KOB at 3pm on 420 after a hard day at work. The line was outrageous as to be expected. While I was at the back of the line I asked the man at the front door if it was looking like we would get in from where we were. Because the people at the front of the line had been there since 9am. Waited patiently for 3 hours in line no odor issue. Meanwhile people in front of us were selling ppl spots in line so they wouldn't have to go to the back. The moment we got the to front of the building the line froze and didn't move for 2 more hours after 6 hours in line I approached a worker to ask if it looked like we were going to get in and was again told we looked good to get in. 8:30pm rolls around and they finally decide to tell everyone that if we didn't get in by 8:45 we wouldn't get in. When asked why they didn't tell us an hour ago that it looked like we wouldn't get in, every single staff member responded with ridiculous attitude like they were the ones standing in the cold for 6 hours. Instead of accepting accountability they proceded to blame us for staying in line knowing they would close at 9. They decided to pass out a QR code with a 50% coupon for another day but my phone died after 6 hours in line and the workers told me there was basically nothing to be done if I couldn't scan the code. When i asked for a manager He then procèded to tell me that we knew they would close at 9 and they didn't have to do anything for me to remedy the situation. The worker who was handing out the QR code decided that he was tired of me expressing my frustration to another customer in line and told me I was "talking a lot of shit" when I wasn't even talking to him. Not one member decided to accept accountability for their poor exécution instead they decided to blame the customer for waiting around when they made sure to make us stick around until every dispensary was closed so we would have no choice but to accept their coupon as a résolution. So we get 50% off one transaction while everyone else received half off 2 3 and 4 transactions. If I didn't have to go back to redeem the coupon I would never go back because of how unprofessional and rude every single staff member was. We drove all the way from Chicago an all we received was Lies and attitude. Terrible customer service all around

My Budtender Adriana was great! She helped me figure out what to get when what I wanted wasn’t in stock. She was also cheerful and fun to talk to, as well as being knowledgeable - which is what I want in a Budtender!

Came in to buy northcoast rosin unfortunately they were full priced and over a year out of date.The date on my rosin is 06/02/2024. I am upset that they would sell this old crap to me and with no price reduction and not even let me know at point of purchase. King of bud has not been a reliable dispensary for me because of old products and larfy weed. Buyer beware when you walk into that shop!I have been screwed enough by the king so I am boycotting this dispensary until they get their act together.

The Budistas offer top-tier customer service—friendly, patient, and super knowledgeable. I had such a great experience, I ended up visiting twice in one week! On Monday, I met Travis—he was kind, welcoming, and really helpful. When I returned on Saturday, Manna took care of me with the same level of patience and deep product knowledge. Both visits were genuinely enjoyable. The vibe inside? Euphoric. I like to call it the candy store for stoners. We waited in line for about 15 minutes, but the wait flew by thanks to a friendly greeter keeping things moving. Plus, the deals they offer are unbeatable. Highly recommend!

This was not my first time coming to this store in New Buffalo. All the budtenders have been very nice and helpful. But I will say that I probably got the best bud tender this time around his name is David W and he went above and is beyond to help me. Even though I took up a lot of his time which I do every time I come in because I only come in about once a month or once every two months so I have big orders. I was not happy when I arrived because I was not receiving the 15% off for ladies day that was the whole reason why I took the 2-hour drive there but he did give me a free doobie for my troubles. And recommended a couple of the other products for me to try versus the one that I always get. But I always recommend this particular location to my friends and I have not been to any of the other dispensaries in the area and don't plan on it. King of Budz is the best dispensary that I've ever been to.

Another great purchase at this dispo. A little tip: don’t order through this app, as the orders don’t go through. Someone should fix this issue as it has been going on since October ‘24. Nevertheless, great prices, great service and great selection!
