I was so impressed with my first visit to KIP. I work in high end hospitality- I know good service....and I was blown away with the kindness, attentiveness and the passionate, genuine interest this group has in educating their patients. These folks know their stuff inside and out, and they want to tell you all about it...and I love it. Going to any dispensary for the first time can be a bit awkward, as not all have the same procedures-but the director, Kevin, greeted me within a minute of being in the lobby and gave me a quick introduction of what his dispensary was all about. Even before I was called back, I felt welcome and comfortable.
They had exactly what I came to buy, and I was very satisfied with the price I paid for it. I even got to spin the wheel and won a free pre-roll.
I do have one bit of feedback...I did not know there was a discount for first time patients. It wasn't listed anywhere (that I saw) on Leafly or WM, so I didn't think there was one. It wasn't until I was completing my transaction that I learned that there was a 20% discount on non-sale items for that visit. I wish I would have known this-I would have been better prepared for my first visit. The day of my visit, I purchased almost all of my available amount left. Had I known-I would have saved the drive until the next day, when my available amount was much greater. I love broad discounts like that-I see it as a chance to try something new. I feel like I missed out.
Overall-I would absolutely recommend KIP to anyone, their approach to wellness is like no other dispensary I've been to- but I'd make sure to tell them about the first time discount.

I feel like it’s CHEERS when me and my pup come in. Love that the crew loves the animals, probably more than the actual customer lol. They make it work for you when something is sold out and even go above and beyond and do more when you may be short. I will always come to KIP. Y’all keep doing the damn thing

It’s definitely worth checking out if you’ve never been. KIP quickly made my steady rotation of dispensaries with their superior service and selection.
I bought a eighth of tire fire today an it had a ridiculous amount of seeds in it. I was very disappointed. I don’t want seeds in my flower,I want the flower like it is supposed to be (without seeds and stems). Other than that I love the place. It’s always a pleasant experience going there.

I’ve been to kip multiple times. The staff is always kind to me and helps me get exactly what i need. The quality of their buds and carts is top notch and i’ve never received a sub-par order.

I love it here. I had sent a pre order and the bud tender informed me that there was a better deal on the pre rolls. I appreciate it! And the product was amazing!
The entire staff is friendly, kind and extremely knowledgeable! Their flower never disappoints and the whole experience is 5 star. And the drive thru is an awesome perk.

I cannot begin to describe the dispensary experience at KIP- all I can say is you will not find this kind of warm, personable, kind, compassionate, knowledgeable, and affordable service ANYWHERE besides here. I have gone to almost every dispensary in MD and DC, none of them come close to KIP. They never disappoint with recommending products, or their product quality standards, while also never seizing to put a smile on not only my face, but my moms as well. I think people in this industry who show equal attention to older clientele are rare and hard to find, but KIP CAN and does.
Horrible experience today. All I wanted along with my order was a battery for my vape pen. After being told they didn’t have any a young lady rudely comes on the drive through screen telling me to go somewhere else. KIP has never been like this before. I asked to speak to the manager to whom I explained I just wanted to be treated politely. Just a bad experience and I sincerely hope this was an exception and not the new rule. I have praised KIP in the past but not today.

In my 3 years of having a medical card in Maryland and out of the 35 dispensary’s I’ve been to over the years. I must say they have the nicest staff I have yet to meet. They were very welcoming and wanted to help anyone they possibly could. Their waiting room is full of free brochures, magazines & medical cannabis information. They even offer free consultations with their doctor during the day for patients who are new to medical cannabis or just want to learn. I want to thank the women at the front desk and Lance for being so welcoming. I highly recommend anyone wanting to learn about medical cannabis or who would like to visit a dispensary where they feel very welcomed and never rushed to come check out KIP
