I was so impressed with my first visit to KIP. I work in high end hospitality- I know good service....and I was blown away with the kindness, attentiveness and the passionate, genuine interest this group has in educating their patients. These folks know their stuff inside and out, and they want to tell you all about it...and I love it. Going to any dispensary for the first time can be a bit awkward, as not all have the same procedures-but the director, Kevin, greeted me within a minute of being in the lobby and gave me a quick introduction of what his dispensary was all about. Even before I was called back, I felt welcome and comfortable. They had exactly what I came to buy, and I was very satisfied with the price I paid for it. I even got to spin the wheel and won a free pre-roll. I do have one bit of feedback...I did not know there was a discount for first time patients. It wasn't listed anywhere (that I saw) on Leafly or WM, so I didn't think there was one. It wasn't until I was completing my transaction that I learned that there was a 20% discount on non-sale items for that visit. I wish I would have known this-I would have been better prepared for my first visit. The day of my visit, I purchased almost all of my available amount left. Had I known-I would have saved the drive until the next day, when my available amount was much greater. I love broad discounts like that-I see it as a chance to try something new. I feel like I missed out. Overall-I would absolutely recommend KIP to anyone, their approach to wellness is like no other dispensary I've been to- but I'd make sure to tell them about the first time discount.
