I am a local, regular customer to this dispensary which is why it sucks to have to write a negative review, a habit I don't keep...
I have had positive experiences at this store (nice dude named Alex, the budtender not the manager working there) however a couple of days ago I purchased an ounce of shake from them. I smoked it the next morning and not only was everything really off (the taste:burnt, old weed, the smell: burnt, old weed) but it made me feel not high, but ill (long time smoker).
I came back the next morning in good faith to give them feedback on their product and to encourage them to stop selling it as it is not fit for consumption and is way below par for their store.
I was given a free pre roll and the email of the manager. I sent an email in good faith to Alex (the manager) hoping to resolve this with some gesture towards a repeat customer on their part. Instead I was told their was nothing wrong with their product, they don't care, but that I could have 10 percent off my next purchase.
I had to throw their weed in the trash and head to a nearby store to spend more money I do not have much of :) As I pointed out to Alex, I would have spent many multiples more of money at their store than they seem intent on keeping. A truly bizarre sense of customer service. You are not short of other options in Denver, go elsewhere!
