so when they first opened? i vowed i would never go back. the entire operation was as scattered as anything could ever be! but now that they have been in business for a while, they have enough staff, the whole facility is very nicely ventilated so you dont walk out smelling of skunk, i can say i really do admire this place!
the people that work there are friendly, knowledgeable, take the time to answer any questions you have, and understand that there is a huge difference between a drop in order and an online order and will direct you accordingly!
however, they do not have a ton of medical grade edibles, nor a varied selection of indica only.
parking is horrendous between 11am-5pm though. i mean people park in the grass and line the street!
they do not offer a ton of weekly or monthly specials, but they 100% have their act together now!

They sell a lot of defective cartridges. maybe from improper storage. So far there has been zero consistency in purchasing proper functioning cartridges. No return policy. Also almost zero consistency in being able to purchase the same exact product. Always sold out when go back to buy new one. Also they charge to much. I’m not patient I’m a customer

This is not my first time being here not only did I have a terrifying first experience now I'm getting ripped off by the employees and owner that works for this company they they made me a recreational patient when I'm a medical patient and then the manager said that it was my first time being there when it actually isn't lack of knowledge I don't think that respect any people in wheelchairs into the women who work into the front desk you need to learn some empathy or get a new job it was total disrespect that you had to have security export someone to the bathroom but yeah you guys can't get the receipt right or the patience order I hope the state investigate this matter you guys better look at your receipts

When I first became a customer in early 2022, this was my favorite dispensary. I really enjoyed that each individual appointment was a mini consultation and it was very helpful for me as a beginning medical marijuana patient. Once I had a very bad experience with one of the female workers, And I will not share her name. She could possibly have dark curly hair and glasses and very sure she is still working there. She gave me a very bad experience that I will never return because of one employee she was condescending to me, rude, and very unprofessional, she treated me like she was better than me, and was lacking in any empathy or any connection whatsoever that I was actually another human being. I will never go to this dispensary and have not been there since 2022. Maybe the owners will eventually recognize that she is not the employee they think she is and fire her. She has caused problems for also, a few people that I know in the program. I will always choose Greenleaf therapy or gLeaf over this dispensary. Do not go!!! The terrible customer service is not worth it and yes, it was literally one employee that turned me against this place. See for yourself. 😤
