so when they first opened? i vowed i would never go back. the entire operation was as scattered as anything could ever be! but now that they have been in business for a while, they have enough staff, the whole facility is very nicely ventilated so you dont walk out smelling of skunk, i can say i really do admire this place! the people that work there are friendly, knowledgeable, take the time to answer any questions you have, and understand that there is a huge difference between a drop in order and an online order and will direct you accordingly! however, they do not have a ton of medical grade edibles, nor a varied selection of indica only. parking is horrendous between 11am-5pm though. i mean people park in the grass and line the street! they do not offer a ton of weekly or monthly specials, but they 100% have their act together now!

They sell a lot of defective cartridges. maybe from improper storage. So far there has been zero consistency in purchasing proper functioning cartridges. No return policy. Also almost zero consistency in being able to purchase the same exact product. Always sold out when go back to buy new one. Also they charge to much. I’m not patient I’m a customer

This is not my first time being here not only did I have a terrifying first experience now I'm getting ripped off by the employees and owner that works for this company they they made me a recreational patient when I'm a medical patient and then the manager said that it was my first time being there when it actually isn't lack of knowledge I don't think that respect any people in wheelchairs into the women who work into the front desk you need to learn some empathy or get a new job it was total disrespect that you had to have security export someone to the bathroom but yeah you guys can't get the receipt right or the patience order I hope the state investigate this matter you guys better look at your receipts

When I first became a customer in early 2022, this was my favorite dispensary. I really enjoyed that each individual appointment was a mini consultation and it was very helpful for me as a beginning medical marijuana patient. Once I had a very bad experience with one of the female workers, And I will not share her name. She could possibly have dark curly hair and glasses and very sure she is still working there. She gave me a very bad experience that I will never return because of one employee she was condescending to me, rude, and very unprofessional, she treated me like she was better than me, and was lacking in any empathy or any connection whatsoever that I was actually another human being. I will never go to this dispensary and have not been there since 2022. Maybe the owners will eventually recognize that she is not the employee they think she is and fire her. She has caused problems for also, a few people that I know in the program. I will always choose Greenleaf therapy or gLeaf over this dispensary. Do not go!!! The terrible customer service is not worth it and yes, it was literally one employee that turned me against this place. See for yourself. 😤

This place never ceases to amaze me. And not in a good way. Their most recent rule is that you cannot text or make phone calls while in the waiting room. I’m good with that! I was reading on my phone in the waiting area and a security guard came out and scolded me that I was not allowed to be texting or making phone calls while I was there. I explained to him that I was only reading and he told me he “saw my fingers moving”. I told him that yes, they were moving because I was scrolling the page. You can’t even get Internet or service in their waiting area due to it being an old bank. He told me I needed to quit reading, because he “would hate for me to lose my privileges.” Such ridiculousness! It sucks because the workers are always so nice and helpful and their choices are great but Mr. Macho Man security guard just cost them a customer.

Everything here is just like every other dispensary. Long wait times and over priced products. The chick with the pink hair is RUDE every time I come in but this time she was especially rude. Without asking for an explanation as to why I was running late, she informed me that I would be going to the end of the line spite explaining to her that I had my children in the car. She doesn’t care why would she? Just so you know girlie I was late because my child had an accident and I had to take her to clean her up and buy an all new outfit because we were served not so great food and she’s sick in the car waiting on me whose in the back of the line because the pink haired chick with her shitty attitude, enjoys making other people miserable.

The people that work there have always been friendly and helpful to me.. usually in and out as well.. but what I don't understand is how and why they make the prices so expensive when Ohio prices are already expensive.. yes it's gotten cheaper since the program started and it's why I waited so long to get a card but struthers and warren always have cheaper prices and better sales.. I only go here if I want to get something small or when a couple certain brands are on sale twice a month. Struthers and g leaf have daily multiple sales.. leaf relief just recycles the same stuff each month. So if you want to pay more then shop here.. like I said the people in my experience are nice and helpful but price wise... No bueno

Great dispensary! Only downside is they don’t let many people in at once so sometimes the wait is a little long but for faster service order online that way you just wait till they call you then you’re on your way!

Leafly has been the spot for me and my medical needs. Today March 23rd 2022 1001am I called. A female answered. I asked to place an pick up order and she told me all her problems that led to false acquisition, she couldn't take a phone order but answered the phone to tell me why she couldn't take me order since I was on the phone with her during business hours. I thought about it and realized if promoted phone order pick up and answered, then I should take the order since I picked up the phone, why pick up and tell me you can't really pick up and take my order, what are supposed to talk about it, how unprofessional in my opinion, which to this marijuana dispensary means nothing, I have severe mental issues that I use this medication for, and that Pharmacist had no concern for my urgency. I am suffering, cause she still denied my order and hung up on me just now, so distraught I had to let this be known. It is now 255pm same day. Why are you in customer service dealing with patients that need medication and not your problems. I am disappointed ☹️

Just bought a eight with mold on it and they won’t exchange it.

I live less than 2 minutes away from here and I absolutely love this place, they're so helpful and care about making their recommendations correctly. Even with a full waiting area you are in and out. So far this place is my number 1 pick♥️

hard to find sativa in a weight over 5.66... Not cost effective to buy more than one 5.66. Not convenient to have to go back so often. No 14.15 Sativa on SATIVA SUNDAY
