This is a beautiful shop with some dope Risk murals. There are deals every day it seems. Great staff and recommendations and reasonable prices. I'd recommend this shop to anyone

i have placed orders twice. both time cancelled. i guess the first time i didn't get there on time. its not clear how long they hold the order. i had to travel 29 miles to get there. the second time if i have to make a guess something was wrong on their side.
the point is if my order to pick up gets cancelled i would like to have a clear reason for it.
i can not give my correct opinion on my review.
the fact is i will not happen to drive by the store. its too far unless they have what i am looking for.

The experience here is always great, the staff are always helpful and quick. Never had a bad experience here.

The owner himself lost a customer that came almost everyday! I'm a man of color an never felt so unappreciated an unwanted walking into an establishment. He didn't even follow his own rules. I do online orders so I can walk in an out. Never had a issue before this guy. Today is different I guess. I walk in give him my id an informs him I have an online order. He scans me in an tells me to sit down. I ask how long it's going to be as I have never had to sit for an online order; NEVER! He tells me he doesn't know as there is only two people working. In my head I'm dumbfounded as any other time I check-in the person checking me in will walk me back an check me out if everybody is busy. I guess because he is the owner he special or maybe he just didn't want to help someone with pigment in their skin. Whatever it is or was I will never return an I hope this reaches someone! I had previously rated this place 5 stars because of the friendliness an how I always felt welcomed. Way to go OWNER for ruining that. I will return to my previous shop! This is how you lose a customer!!

HI Thomas. I do apologize for the apparent slight. I did not understand you had a pick-up order and I put you in the regular queue. I appreciate your frustration and confusion. Building on your past experience, customers with a pick-up order are moved to the font of the queue and the next available consultant will call you back to the floor. I wish you had made a point to let me know there was a problem before you walked out. Not everyone who is checking you in has access to a register and therefore can't walk you back immediately to complete your transaction, and as you noted, being down a consultant today a small wait was unavoidable. You whould have had priority had I known you had a pick-up order. I can only offer you a heartfelt apology for the miscommunication and understand how from your point of view and past experience, you felt disrespected. No disrespect was intended and the fault is on me and not on you at all. Legendary is a place that everyone is welcome and encouraged to be themselves, whatever that "self" is. You are welcome anytime and I hope my comments here are encouraging to you that I understand what went seriously wrong today.

Legendary Organics is the new kid on the block when it comes to cannabis, but the establishment has already begun to make a name for themselves in a city nobody thought was possible: Thousand Oaks, CA. I don't know what strings the owner had to pull to get this going, and I'm not sure if I care at this time, but the effort seems quite genuine and sincere. The staff are all polite, and the products range from premium brands to I-eat-top-ramen-everyday-to-afford-rent bargains. Regardless of what your budget might be, you will find a reasonably good product that you can afford. Staff will also help you at every step of the way.
We're all looking forward to what's to come from this business.
