Updated Review: If I could give Liberty less than one star, I would. After my first review, they asked me to email them. I did, twice, with full details and contact info. No response. No surprise. I never really expected them to address the disrespect or fix anything. I’ve been back a few times since, and it’s clear I’m not a valued customer. The weed is good. The location is convenient. That’s the frustration. But the Liberty app? Straight-up a payment trap. You’re forced to buy more credits than you need, and they keep the extra. Feels like a hustle. Like the Starbucks app, but with weed. I wouldn’t go back if they didn’t already have my money. Y’all can keep the attitude. I just want my change. Original Review: No first-visit freebie. Poor selection. Rude management. The bud was good and the app payment worked smoothly, but the way the manager kept interrupting my budtender while I was trying to make a purchase was just unnecessary and disrespectful. they don't honor the deals on this site and you try to explain and they act like your wrong even when you show them the ad. this was my favorite dispensary for edibles but I'll be going else where for better customer service.

This is the pits of Despensories in Detroit. The absolute worst customer service you will receive . The only person that is some what friendly is the manager. The GM obviously could care less about customer service.. These people will bad mouth you when you are not there and act like it is no bug deal. BEWARE, this place is absolutley terrible. Was a loyal customer, but would never shop here again. BEWARE. There are so many other dispensaries out there to be shop at, to be treated this bad.

Liked everything, first time there but I felt special as customer. From the Security guard at the door, the receptionist and the cashier. I'll definitely be returning.

Brand new place. Swankier, more hipster vibe. The kind of place that carries gold rolling papers and fancy pre-roll containers. Great location. Very nice quality products. They are still working some kinks out like with online reserving products & are a little slow, especially dealing with their sales system/scanner. It is nice to linger & talk & peruse some of the time but sometimes if you're in a hurry this may not be the place to pick. Surprised that this place has the new Michigan license as it just opened & other seasoned dispensaries with some tighter practices- such as being buzzed in & labeling the medication with patients' name- havent been granted their state license to operate. Right now it feels a bit like aesthetics were given more initial attention than functionality flow. I am sure it will smooth out the bumps. With its boutique vibe & convenient locale this place will be the Founders/Jolly Pumpkin of the Detroit marijuana dispensaries.

Unfortunately I’m disappointed with BotaniQ. Their website does not display accurate pricing. I reviewed the website prior to my visit. GG #4 is priced at $10 a gram Gorilla Glue is priced at $15 a gram On arrival I planned to purchase an ounce of GG #4 based off the advertised pricing, unfortunately that price was not honored. They said it was a different Gorilla Glue but they didn’t have it. Really made no good sense. After telling this to a friend they confirmed the same happened to them and they did end up honoring it but it was a whole thing she said. She also said she went back since and told them the pricing is still wrong. Too bad a high end place like this wouldn’t take the time to get it right for their customers.

This is my favorite place to come. Everyone that works there is kind, extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and very patient. I will always come here!

I will not go to another dispensary. I don't like the inconsistency. BotaniQ consistantly has quality flower that isn't moldy, doesn't taste like a basement, and the best budtenders in the business. I cannot express how much I appreciate this place.

Terrible

By far the nicest establishment I've been to in Detroit , which is saying something because they're are several good ones. I took a chance since my normal shop was closed for the day and I'm so glad I did. The atmosphere was top notch and I got the best service from EJ. I was worried about breaking my routine but I'm so glad I did 100% will be back.

First class facility! From the moment you walk in and greeted by the receptionist, to the layout of the room and natural food feeling I get when I walk in and see everyone so happy to be working there. I was lucky enough to have David as my bud tender today and he was amazing. Very informative and eager to help! Had a great conversation with some laughs as well. I literally can not say enough about this place!

My daughter from Indiana came to visit us for the holidays. She has some health issues so I thought I would see if I could help with some RSO from here. It was my 1st visit. I had called ahead to be sure they had the product I was looking for. No answer, but a greeting to leave a voice mail. So I did. After a few hours I decided to just go and take my chances they would have what I wanted. I was greeted at the door and told they were closed and would be for two days. Nice. A professional business that did or could not update their phone greeting to notify customers... really? LAST VISIT FOR SURE.

I came in for some cartridges started chatting found out they had a local grower in house so I decided to give the Alaskan Thunder Fuck a try it had a unique smell and I always have to try whatever catches my nose. the ATF was fire clean white ash with a strong heady sativa buzz that ramped up quickly, lots of respect for going sativa and knocking it out the park.

Budtenders(Katelyn and Dave) after a quick discussion were a huge help when it came down to choosing the strain of medicine I needed. FINALLY! Botaniq Budtenders hands down have to be the most educated around. On top of that I found out Katelyn has a degree in psychology. I've been all around town searching for a special place like this. Botaniq is #1. Thank you David and Katelyn I will be back! Great hires Q!

Excellent Location! Great communication with the Staff. The recommended products are extremely helpful everything is perfect. today I was pleased to have met a very important person at botaniQ & wanted to congratulate them on their first month in a Great corktown spot! Congratulations see You soon the mints are great thanks for always greeting with an open door too!

This wonderful location and its helpful staff made our visit so enjoyable. With a clean and sunny space to view the product, this is a shop to visit when in Detroit. Professional, competitively priced, and the nicest budtenders Detroit has to offer! 10/10, will be back.

What's up BotaniQ this is Mr Ohio I want to say your medicine shop is truly an awesome place to be not just to get meds but to talk to the bud tenders David and Josh they are 2 cool ass dudes true assets to the company the Owner/Manager she's an awesome woman very knowledgeable cant say enough!!!!!!A class establishment!!!

Daver was the best part of this experience. Very knowledgeable and helpful in my purchases. I will be back just for his bud tending. Anyone who stops in be sure to get his advice.

A classy place with great aesthetics. Feels like a high end cosmetics counter at Nordstrom. I love it. Very approachable and knowledgeable staff.

Hip spot; most dispensaries feel more like a party store, this feels more like a micro-distillery; super cool. Picked up some Biker’s Kush, aka Hells Angels OG. Super heavy buzz with a unique taste. With easy on off freeway access; they’ll be seeing me a lot.

Amber was the best budtender! The RSO and edibles i received were priced reasonably and the service i got was great!! Definitely coming back
