best weed I've found since living here over a year now. The bud is quality, cured properly not super dry and crispy and it smokes like super primo bud. Doesn't hurt if you take a big hit. my lungs are kinda on the sensitive side I'd say like I usually always cough super hard no matter what but all four strains I got all smoke amazing. It feels so good to be able to just enjoy my smoke. thanks Lightshade I finally found you after seeing you were consistently ranked in the top and were the number 1 ranked dispensary in denver and I think that was an old rank to so I see why you guys are number 1 and hopefully this reaches someone looking for the best bud you can find in denver I think I've found it. I'm super picky yet so satisfied thanks again.

Less than a week ago I purchased an ounce of flower. I was very disappointed at how dry the buds were. When I open a container of any decent flower there is an immediate and usually strong smell of the terpenes for that particular strain. There is very little taste or smell with this batch that I purchased. I really enjoy the sticky buds, the taste, and the smell, but I'm not getting much of that at all. Good prices don't always make up for lower quality products.

I just started smoking ganja last year Lightshade was the best to get flowers, then last summer 2019 their prices went up but the quality of flower was TRASH! so I stop going except to get edibles. I went yesterday for some flower and extreme disappointment; I understand drought season, but for a WHOLE year. I hated Green Solution prices because they are tourist prices, but at least you know you are going to get flower that's worth the price

Editing my review for their gross violation of the pandemic health order for COVID. They are asking patrons to touch their faces and remove their face masks fully in order to “verify identification.” They don’t ask every customer to do so either which is blatantly unfair. First off, the health department has specifically stated it is not requiring places of business to ask patrons to remove masks for identification purposes during times of crisis, like this pandemic. Other dispensaries and even liquor stores aren’t currently requiring the removal of masks. Why is this place asking its customers to risk their health? Never shopping here again. GROSS!

First of all, I want to apologize to you personally that our policy put you in a place of discomfort. This is such a difficult time for everyone and through all of this, our sole focus and aim is to do our best to provide an environment that is safe for our customers AND our staff. To that end, 'safety' also means safe from people who may take advantage of this situation to commit an actual crime. This is not unprecedented and we have to constantly weigh how best to protect everyone who walks through our doors. The specific policy regarding quickly removing face coverings at the front desk to verify age and identification comes by way of the Denver Department of Public Health and Environment (Rule 4-405). We have a policy of strict enforcement of any rules and regulations set before us by either the state MED, by the Governor, or the Colorado Department of Health. In this case, we adhere to DDPHE Rule 4-405 for purposes of verifying the age and identification of a customer, wherein a Medical or Retail Marijuana Store Employee Licensee may ask a patient or consumer to momentarily remove their face mask or protective face covering. In order to ameliorate the potential negative side effects of this order, we have hand sanitizer, as well as gloves, at the front desk so that customers can feel more comfortable while touching their face covering to verify their identity. Again, we appreciate the seriousness of your complaint and look forward to the day when we can all get back to normal, whatever that may look like.
