Friendly staff and a wide variety

I enjoy the vast selection of products at liv, but overall the atmosphere just doesn't vibe with me. I feel like I'm walking into Hollister.

The bud tenders are amazing !! Such a great group of individuals that work there !! Even the security guards are awesome

Probably one of the best Dispensary experiences I have had. The Budtender who greeted us (I am so sorry I forgot your name) was incredibly informative as to how their store was different and even walked us back, handing us off to the budtender who would be working with us. This is like an Apple Store experience (without the stress :) ). JFelix was our Budtender. I'll be honest...I have been in MANY of the area dispensaries, and I have never had someone show us around their selection like this before. And though I know a lot about the product already, I learned new things about some of my favorite products. After we were done, he walked us out, and we then perused the glass/accessories area, which is the classiest I have seen, and holds a vast selection. Though at the time, there wasn't really any true Sativas, I will be back again for sure! Thanks, JFelix, and LIV team.

This is by far the most modern and aesthetically pleasing dispensary I've ever been to. the selection was great and the service was even better! I had an absolutely amazing first experience here and will be returning as a regular.

Very clean we'll run dispensary and such friendly staff from the budtenders to the runners to the security. I highly recommend coming here. The MKX gummies are 🔥 We love the points program. LIV is all class. I'd say it's a high end Pot Shop, no, more a Boutique, anyway, Ive been to 7 or 8 Dispensaries in Detroit on 8 mile and in Lansing and K-ZOO, and this place has the best atmosphere by far, the best quality products, and the nicest staff. Tonight was my 5th time there and have had them deliver too! Felix helped me tonight and he was so knowledgeable and Fun! He was very patient with my questions and I love what he recommended. Everyone was very friendly as they always are when I go there. Plus, I feel totally safe there. Good neighborhood in Ferndale and they have good security staff who are super friendly as well.

I’ll start by saying that the place has a great location and very friendly staff. That being said I encountered a bit of an issue here that I haven’t experienced elsewhere. I purchased a 1/4 of the “alien banana candy” first off the 7 grams was actually 6.135...no biggie shit happens, once I started breaking up the buds I started to notice a couple seeds. A couple seeds ended up turning into almost 2 grams worth of seed. So now my already light 7 grams became slightly over an eighth. So essentially I paid over a hundred dollars for an eighth. When I returned I notified them of the issue and was told “you’re not the first person I’ve had say that, here’s a free pre-roll for your trouble”. Seriously? I just paid $100+ dollars for half of what I should have received and your solution is a nasty stale pre-rolled joint?

Really nice staff! Facility is beautiful! Tons of flower choices. The only downfall is that everything is behind glass- you can’t even smell the flower without the budtender holding the sample container. I’m used to GAGE ferndale where they let you hold the jars, smell them, look at the cartridges etc. everything at LIV is behind a counter. Regardless I was super impressed with their huge flower selection and everyone there was super friendly and patient.

Called back after my first time and spoke with the owner, he was very kind and made me feel valid. Loved the store and pick up, couldn’t be easier. Really appreciate being heard by management. I see why they pride themselves on customer service

This was my first time attending this dispensary. It was really clean and organized. All the bud tenders were outgoing and respectful. My bud tender, Felix, walked me through all the different strains and deals they were having. Fair prices and great atmosphere. I would recommend this dispensary to anyone.

Today was the first time I’ve gone to LIV and I am totally impressed. Didn’t know what to expect I’ve been to several dispensaries in the area and this is by far my favorite now. I felt welcomed from the minute I walked in. When I went into the room I was greeted by Spencer he was very patient and knowledgeable. I bought a variety of products from edibles to flower. The products are high quality. Definitely a plus also is the area it is in is safe and easy parking. Thank you and I will definitely be back unless I get delivery. I love that delivery is an option also ❤️
