THEY ARE SELLING MILDEW AND OLD BUD… and found out by the neighbor dispensary LivWell had 3 recalls this year. THE LAST 4 months I’ve been going there I’ve had to take my product back.They gave me another sack with a dollar to buy more so they won’t get in trouble,but that was worse than the other. My second time going I’ve notice old again, and I also notice it didn’t look like the weight they were advertising. I ask the goth chic to weigh it , she did with an attitude but got she got madder when the product was under weight. Now they don’t allow the product to be weighed. Ha. My 3rd time giving them a chance old product but I did not buy. One of the bud tender really said if it was him , he wouldn’t buy anything. He said the product in the pre weigh are bottom barrel from the bud they sometime turn to get rid of seeds he said the other stuff isn’t much better. The other day another bud tender told me thier product is different because they grow their stuff now, so it’s all going to have that taste and she told me the reason some are under weight is because they sit in the container and lose weight. The container packaged date was march anf June. Wtf. Really?! So the manager came over and he was offended asking me why do I keep coming back, and I said told him he doesn’t have to be a d head because I’m confronting him about bad bud. He banned me from coming there.

What a bunch of vibe savers !! On this here fine holiday(V-day) I originally planned Aces Place for their dab deal but this particular budtender seems to kill my vibe (two times she did this) so I did a polite walk out of AP and came over to LivWell for my virgin voyage and was already lost frustrated and sober walking up to the doors but as soon as I entered I was welcomed and able to engage in friendly bantering so instant relief 😮‍💨 and then my budtender was quick to help and be knowledgeable of exactly what I needed unfortunately I was so excited to be back in my vibe I was too caught up talking and forgot to tip her 🤦🏽‍♀️ So best I can do is a 5star all around awesome review for this place because life is about quality of the people you choose to interact with and I’m beyond grateful that I walked out of Aces Place and came here. Thank you LivWell employees for making my holiday happy 🥳💯

I hadn’t been here in 4-5 years, since it changed. I must say that I am very happy! I have been going to another dispensary very close by for several years now. That was because the quality years back wasn’t great here. Lately, it seems all I can find is pre-packaged flowers in most shops. You end up buying an 1/8th that is 2 1/2 grams and so dry, it turns to powder. I smoke joints, and you can’t roll the powder these pre-pack buds crumble into. I went through an ounce of pre-pack buds in a week! I gave Liv Well in Fort Collins a try! They weighed my purchase in front of me! I got 4 different 1/4s of platinum flower. I am very pleased with the look, taste, and buzz of the strains I selected. I am very impressed with the prices, service and most importantly, the smoke! Even though it’s a little dry, you make out better this way. I am a daily smoker and dosage and consumption rate are important. Great job everyone! I am coming back!

I go into live well every two weeks and buy stuff for me and I really enjoy how all the staff back behind the reigersiter are super sweet. There are two people who me and my assistant manager they will talk and joke with you. I know one of the ladys that we do like her is Robin. She was such a sweet lady they need more people like robin who is always smiling no matter what. We will miss seeing Robin up in fort collins.

The Chad, my budtender has a great personality and was knowledgeable.

WORST customer service I've EVER … This was the Worst customer service I've EVER been involved with in ANY store EVER AND I'm over 65, SOOOOOOOOOO, I've been to a store OR 2!!! We typically use other dispensaries as the FLOWER is ALWAYS OLDER and NEVER as good as most of the other places BUT it was my birthday and they give $10 off on Birthdays...... SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO, Upon entering I was told 3 times to go to a particular station. I went there and the old guy with the beard was incredibly rude cause apparently he wasn't open yet! I went to the right station and explained what happened and he got an attitude and left for 7 minutes until someone else came, who, while not rude, was VERY unfriendly..... We ended up doing the Vape transaction... I do NOT recommend them especially with so many other really good dispensaries out there with MUCH better flower!

Hunter's customer service is the reason I tipped him $11. BIG part of the reason why I come back to Liv Well - Treasure

Unless you order online plan on being there for at least 30 minutes. The pre weighed flower is the best way to go. In my opinion top shelf, mid tier or pre weighed it's all the same so you may as well not be picky. I will say they have great prices on the pre weighed and their house indica dominate sugar or budder is cheap but tasty. Looks as good as some of the "live" hashes I've seen in town. Another negative is how little of a selection they have and if you're getting hash and don't get the kind mentioned above, be prepared to spread that wallet wide. Moral of the story it's only worth the pre weighed and 21$ hash. People are cool but don't have any pepper in their step. I get they are hourly but we d don't get paid to wait while molasses in winter moves faster. Really they are the motel 9 of the dispensaries. Will still go back, but only when I am close to broke and want quantity or quality. Last thing is, they have the same strains it seems everytime I'm in and they all look a like. It's like buying back in the day on the blk market and you ask the plug what kinds he has. Then he shows you 5 "different" strains that are clearly the same. Find new better flower suppliers and keep up with the strains that are out. But that's just my opinion.

Traveling thru Colorado from out of state, I saw Livwell in Ford Collins and went in. I worked with a fantastic employee who was professional, extremely helpful, and very, very friendly. I ended up spending around $160 for a variety of cool things, in which each one was clearly and cheerfully explained to me. Thank you so much Kristen, you really made my day. :)

From walking in the door, everyone was very friendly. The selection was great, prices were great. They even signed me up for their rewards program and gave me $ off my purchase. This is the place to go; especially if you’re visiting.

This used to be my favorite place....when it was INFINITE!! The prices keep going up and the quality and potency keeps going down. The staff used to be friendly and helpful. Now most of the staff are unknowledgeable on alot of things. I won't name certain budtenders by name, but there are a few who need to keep their ass grabbing and horseplay down. I understand this is a relaxed laid back atmosphere, but I'd appreciate their attention when I'm spending over $150 per visit instead of having to sit and be patient while they finish their gossiping and playing flirty games to each other. Us this a business or a singles club get together? I won't be coming here until these children are no longer around. Maybe implement a no co-worker dating rule there. It would keep things a bit more professional and probably speed up service and gain customer satisfaction points.

I meant to post this a while ago but I've been really busy! Christina at the College Ave. location was amazing! Mostly all of the staff members are awesome there, but she helped me add my coupon when I almost forgot! (it's happened before and anyone else would've told me just hang onto it) thank you again Christina for saving me $ and making everything quick!

Good medical member prices, but the fact that they close medical early is a joke... There is absolutely no reason I can see for them to lump people that just want to get high with people that need cannabis for medical reasons for an hour every single day.

Unfortunately I am forced to discontinue my shopping at this dispensary. They have not only increased the prices of their pre-weighed bud, not once but now twice. They stated the first increase was just for the summer. Now that classes have started they did not bring their prices back down but raised them. Before they would sell an oz for around $60, now they are charging almost twice. Sorry but the business term that up selling current clients is easier than getting new clients is not true. This is going to drive away a large amount of their customers, given many of them are college students. Many of which have been sharing the same complaint as I have. Back to Denver to get good deals on bus, how unfortunate.

So this store was bought out by a chain and since then the quality has plummeted. I've gotten some of my favorite strains from here and was barely able to recognize them. Strains aren't even consistent from one week to the next. Fluffy, dry, flowers that I would hesitate to call a 'nug'. Lots of jars labeled "R&D", which to me seems like it must be just some kinda of breeding mistake that they are trying to recoup losses on. Lots of weed just sitting around in jars with no humidity control so it turns to dust when you touch it. Been going there for over a year but it has finally deteriorated to the point that I'll need to go somewhere else. This is the Miller Lite of weed, the McDonalds of weed. Cheap, mass produced, does the job, sorta, but your not really going to enjoy it.

I like the order ahead option, I like the quality of the product and that its consistent, I also like 99% of the staff. The 1% of the staff that I don't like can be accounted for by 1 extremely rude individual who I have thankfully only had to deal with on a rare occasion. I find the prices, quality of products, atmosphere, and with the exception of the one individual, the staff to be all around pleasing. The Leafly website however is another story. The descriptions of the products are vague at best and mostly nonexistent. If I were a less experienced cannabis enthusiast I would be at a complete loss if forced to rely upon the Leafly website. The website needs time and attention.

Always such friendly staff and always helpful!! I do miss all the cool paintings they use to have on the walls, wanted to buy one!!! Only dispensary I like to shop at!

I really loved when it was infinite. But I totally get change and all that. Really miss alot of the old staff. There is only like two maybe three tops budtenders I actually like going to. The past few times I did online order and told them that at the check-in they said I had to go wait in line. Well if that was the case I would have just ordered when I got there. I honestly think the staff needs to be retrained or something, half of them aren't even friendly. Driving down from the neighbors to the north I'd like to at least deal with some fun happy people instead of someone that acts like they don't want to be there. I do agree prices have gone up a bit as well.

Love this place. Always come here by the loyalty points. I wish they could give us more though than that. LOL love the Budtenders!!!! ~Flower~Power~ Keep coming back. It works if you work it.

LivWell is the friendliest, most knowledgeable, & cost effective dispensary in town. The online ordering can use some tweets, it is a little annoying to have to wait for your online order and you guys should have a dedicated budtender just for that.

My husband and I frequent this dispensary often. they are the best around for budget cost. The atmosphere is always so nice, and you never feel rushed. (Even with the whole COVID19 going around.) I exclusively only use them! love you guys.
