Main Street Marijuana - East Vancouver

Who ever the security guard in the night is (shorter older dude), needs a big lesson in customer service. As I entered the building, he's sitting in a chair- and reaches out to quite literally snatch my id out of my hand. I told him no, and held it up for him to read, so he goes, "READ THAT SIGN ITS MY JOB TO HOLD IT", all aggressive like. So I said, "okay, but where's (the other security guard)" as I'm handing him my id. He got all mad that I asked and said, "I'm here right now, it doesn't matter". I haven't seen the security guard in question in a few weeks, and he's hella cool so I was just wondering, and I explained that to this dude, who continued to tell me it doesn't matter he's the security guard on duty. Incredibly rudely, too. I've been shopping here for years, and this is the first experience I've had with such a rude security guard. Every single other one you've hired has been great (east location), besides this guy.

Main Street has been our go-to since they opened their Downtown Vancouver location years ago. In that time we have never had a problem with any of the vapes that we have purchased and since a family member manages their Fibromyalgia and back pain with Marijuana they have basically been our pharmacy. Well, nothing is ever perfect and tonight a Crystal Clear ATM Sativa disposable VAPE produced by Cannabis Distillates got very hot and exploded on its first use. I had the receipt and took it back for them to tell me that we broke it and they would not do a simple exchange so I had to purchase a replacement. While I have always found the staff friendly and knowledgeable their inability to make this right after years of being a loyal customer over a 30 dollar Vape is inexcusable and I will be taking my business somewhere else. I would suggest you do the same. I have also contacted the manufacturer of this Vape so they know that Main Street is not providing the users of their product with top-notch customer service and customer is left holding the bag for their production issues. While I have not had a problem in the past with their product they will join in my avoidance of their product and Main Street in the future.
