I liked this store very much. I have been to two others and the layout, information and staff were far superior here. I won’t go anywhere else in the future. The associate I worked with was Carrie Leek. I recommend her highly.

This was my first visit to a dispensary and my first time buying and they were very understanding of that and answered all of my questions, 10/10

everytime i walk into the store it’s the most welcoming crew ever !! they’re so helpful with everything and anything. most questions they answer right away, and helps with everything. The facility is clean and has a unique, modern look. The staff were all professional and knowledgeable. Kelly patiently answered all of my questions and walked me through everything. Great experience all around.

I got my license a couple of months ago and went to MedMen for my first legal purchase. I was blown away by how clean, modern, and professional the store was. The employees were very friendly and knowledgeable. Jamie explained everything to me and helped me with my purchase. I went back a second time and Jamie did a fantastic job again! MedMen has definitely earned my repeat business.

After receiving my card, I stopped at MedMen to see about a solution for my sleep deficit issue. Having no experience at all in this type of relief, I needed help. An associate named Kiah helped me with all my questions, and she presented things in a clear and simple to understand manner. She was great! Being in the service business my entire career, it was easy to recognize that not only Kiah but all associates were providing great service to their customers. Also, it was a very cool and comfortable environment.

I love MedMen,however, the new Elite cartridges do not last long. Two days max I would say. Wish the price was lower.

I got my card and my husband drove me up to Williamsville, I met Jen McHenry....she was great...answered all my questions....got all my stuff so fast I was in and out in a matter of minutes....she would answer anything you would need to know...even to us old timers....

I keep coming back for the select carts. No other dispensary in Buffalo has them so even though they’re expensive, I keep coming back for more. Leafly pickup is the way to go, just get checked in, sit for a minute, then pick up your product and go. I get to talk to less people about what I want to get since I order it from the app, and I’m out. Get more Curaleaf products! Keep them coming! Thank you!

I ordered online and was given a total for $60. But when I arrived to pick up my order I was told I had to pay $85. Why is that happening the staff said they didn’t know why and made me pay the $85

Jessica was amazing! She helped us re-establish our account, using 3 different computers when the NYS website was experiencing issues. She had the determination to get everything right with my account. Thank you Jessica for being awesome and really making my day!

MedMen is a great dispensary, with knowledgeable staff. They can help you with anything you need or any questions you have. Their selection has increased SO much which gives patients so many more options. They always keep their menus updated so you know exactly what they have. Their customer service is exceptional. I will be sticking with MedMen for all my future needs.

The staff is patient and professional. They always take time to help me find the right products for my needs. They also have the best flower selection in my area.

I wish there was more strains to chose from in the carts and better deals on multiple cartridge buys all in all great place
