MedMen - Buffalo

Kelly was who I worked with when I went in yesterday. The entire visit from start to finish was extremely comfortable and I will definitely be back.

Everyone there very friendly and able to answer any questions I have.

Staff is beyond friendly and always willing to answer questions and spend time in doing so...outstanding product knowledge and customer service.

I’ve had nothing but good experiences here and the staff is great.

While the atmosphere is welcoming, and the customer service is exceptional at MedMen, be sure to check your Luxlyte vape products for the oil level immediately upon exiting the store. I have bought 9-10 vapes (all strain types) since getting my med card, and 1 out of 3 vapes so far has come out of the box suspiciously low. And I have not gotten the expected ~40 doses after keeping track (the others I did). I recently did a side-by-side comparison on two vapes that I bought at the exact same time...and sure enough the one that looked low on oil coming out of the box, was about 15% lower compared to the other brand new one. Please monitor this.

Jaime was unbelievably helpful. Not only did she get my daughters medication filled but she spent well over an hour straightening out her NY State medical marijuana card. I cannot express how grateful I am! ty so much again and I highly recommend!

I loved my visit here! The store was nice and all staff was friendly. Kelly was very helpful and kind when working with me, I would for sure come back.

I'm a 50-year-old housewife with very limited experience with cannabis. I went to a competitor of MedMen first, I live over an hour away from Buffalo and they were the closest. I got zero help with product selection, I was given a price sheet and told to pick out what I wanted. I left disappointed and confused about the products I picked and with no information on how they worked or how to take them. The next month I tried MedMen, it's a little farther away but what a difference. Jessica N. spent almost an hour talking me through all the different products. How Indica vs Sativa affects the body, how each product is taken, how long the effects last, and so on. She was very patient and understanding while helping me navigate this new medicine adventure. Thank you very much.

This was the first time I’ve ever stepped foot in a dispensary and Adam was so helpful! I was really nervous when I walked in but he made the experience very easy and smooth!

The Curaleaf ground flowers are unsealed. You can twist the cap off and put it back on with out affecting the outer tamper-proof hologram seal. Keep your receipt, I exchanged all three of mine. Staff super friendly, the manager Mrs. Acosta in the extra bright red shirt, not so nice. Hopefully that's my last visit to any of these MSO's until prices come down and quality goes up.

Jen and kelsey were very helpful. Great atmosphere, and quality products. Looking forward to my next visit.

Dejon was BEYOND helpful! He ensured that I'd have a great experience there when I came in (he also was a great help on the phone) He made my life as a caregiver easier than any other dispensary I've visited. 10/10, will only be shopping at medmen from now on!

Luxlyte pens come shorted. I’ve had multiple pens and have gotten only 20 of the supposed 40 hits out of them. Upon calling them out, they didn’t replace my product and offered me a 20% discount for my next purchase as If that makes a difference. Very unsatisfied customer right now.

Jen was so kind and helpful when I talked to her about my difficulty with the pens. Jen was beyond patient, knowledgeable and an excellent communicator. She resolved my issues quickly.

I delt with Jen from your Williamsville store on the phone with some questions and she helped me like I was there in person. Didn't treat me like I was an inconvenience calling and to call near closing time on Saturday was a sign of terrific customer service. Jen deserves a raise.

This was a wonderful first experience for me here in Nys. I was immediately greeted with a pleasant hello and wave to come check in. Kelly Rutledge was my hospitality associate and she was absolutely amazing and a delight to work with. She answered any possible question I could think of and helped me decide what medicine I should go with. I would highly recommend this store.

On 1/15/21, I was a first time patient/customer with literally very little to no knowledge about marijuana or how the nys medical marijuana system works. Jen McH greeted me with a very cheerful attitude and was happy to answer all of my questions and was very knowledgeable with explaining the different marijuana strains and products that medmen offered. I left feeling much more comfortable trying the products that I purchased, thanks to Jen!

When I went to MedMen on Friday 12/18 I was immediately greeted by Jen McH, who offered to check me in. I explained that I didn’t have a medical card & that I just wanted to buy a sweatshirt as a gift. Jen was more than happy to help me & was so patient while I made my decision. I never felt rushed or pressured. She even told me about a sale they were having on apparel! Thank you Jen!!!

Adam was truly a pleasure. I brought my Dad in as he just got his license and Adam went above and beyond to recommend the right products for him. I also bought something from Adam's recommendation.

Love this place! It has the most welcoming and comfortable atmosphere of all the dispensaries around here. It’s very clean, safe, and open. I really like their LuxLyte and Matter products but they need to add stronger products.

Pretentious staff with a poor set up for covid. Not a lot of choices for dispensaries in Buffalo and MedMen act like they know that.

I think their staffing is weird... rather than service customers waiting for check-out, they rush to the door to service new customers walking in. Prices are steep and with little competition I don't see them dropping anytime soon. It's funny they have a picture of a joint in the store but they can't sell flower.

I was with another company for over a year and I always had issues with their products. One day I went to MedMen since the other place was closed on a Wednesday and had such a wonderful experience all the way around. Better product, more selection and great service! I’m now a returning customer.

Everybody's super nice . Today the woman who waited on me was great and answered my questions fully. Would highly recommend medmen in buffalo new york on main Street. Everybody's very laid back. I WILL be back in the near future. Thanks guys :)
