Exceptional customer service!! I visited for the first time today and was treated very well. Morgan the associate that assisted me was very kind and knowledgeable. The setup and atmosphere was very elegant. Definitely top of the line in the area. Highly recommended!!

I asked for the calm and recieved the wrong product. credit card machine wasn't working and they only were taking cash and I did not receive a receipt. I Went back to the store and told her that she gave me the wrong products and all she said was I'm sorry. I didn't even leave The parking lot And now I am screwed. this place is a rip off

Before I came into the store, I researched everything in Western New York. Not a great selection. This spot was rated worst, so naturally it was my first stop. The door was held for me by the security guard with a smile. Walked up to the counter and the young man couldn't have been more pleasant. He handed me some paperwork and while filling it out an experienced young lady explained all of my options.I made my selection and was out the door within 20 minutes for a first time customer

MedMen in Buffalo offers an Apple store experience. Fine products limited by NYS. Friendly staff that is ready for the gen-pop but also gave as much info as an experienced customer would like. No complaints.

the product isn't very good quality

well I went there my first few times quality of products were ok didnt last long but did what it needed to prices were cheaper but again you need more to make sure the medication works right But then they got Pharma cannabis products and yes if you vape make sure it's from Pharma cannabis worth a few bucks more Great people very helpful and friendly and the atmosphere is like your part of the family there great first place to visit and get familiar with products.

Medmen recently acquired pharmacannis and their products. Their products are far superior - quality, last longer, more bang for your buck without a doubt. Love the service but if your are a medmen vaper, use the pharmacannis vapes!!
