I love the folks that work there. Great Customer Service! HOWEVER, my issue is the pre-order process, whatever that is. How is it that you can order something between 12-12:30 and by the time you get there they are out of a product you ordered. Is it that the people who are physically there get first priority?? Fool me once...Fool me twice... OTHERWISE I LOVE THE PLACE👍🏾👍🏾

It is truly one of the best places in Washington, DC.

I love this place most of the time. It’s close to work. Nice people. I just don’t understand the pre-ordering process. I order it, they say it’s ready but yet I get there and wait in line as a first come first served type basis. What’s the point of preordering then? It’s happened more than once so I felt I needed to point this out. Still going to come but I feel that should be fixed

The staff was super cool! I wasn't rushed out when I couldn't decide on which flower to purchase. Even went the extra mile of going through the percentages with me. never going to a different dispensary..I've found my home 🤗

I love the professionalism displayed by the staff at MWC. There are incredibly knowledgeable about their products and super friendly. I really enjoyed my experience with curbside pick up.

First time to this location. Was really impressed with constant text communication once my order was placed. One of my items was not available and they let me know right away- and with a substitute recommendation. Staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. The location....well was not that great. It is small- very cramp and dated. Not fault of staff. Will return if need.

The prices here are ridiculous, literally double what you pay twenty minutes away in MD, where there are dispensaries everywhere. $35-$40 for a CBD eighth? No other eighths under $45???? I’d rather not. The selection is not anywhere near what you can find elsewhere and they expect you to pay extra, plus drive there in DC and find street parking. It’s just never worth a trip there from anywhere around the area if that’s going to be the case. Lastly, I’m seriously disappointed that they changed their reward point system without even sending a text message to their customers. I currently have enough points for a free eighth at this dispensary. Without notice, they refused to give out anymore free product and have transitioned to store credit only. This was the last straw. I use to go here all the time when in DC simply for lack of a better option, and I would have come back knowing i could earn weed by shopping there, but now I think it’s worth it to drive essentially ANYWHERE ELSE.

I love them! Everybody is really nice and the customers are nice, too. My first day was very warm and welcoming. So were all the days after that!!! But, pay attention to the bring cash. Sometimes the ATM is down so makes sure you got at least $100 on you. (Thats what I do at least.)

I absolutely loved this location when I first started going there and then things drastically changed. First they went up on the prices. I was told that the 20% discount was not for the flower. I only use the flower so how am I supposed to get my discount. They changed the point system to store credit. I would rather go elsewhere.
