I absolutely loved this place from the front desk to the back everybody was kind and helpful and the first time patient welcome is everything!! I love my treats . this is a classy place with a nice atmosphere.

Cool people and very nice customer service friendly and kind great prices
I placed an online order and it was ready within minutes. It was my first time to this dispensary and my experience was so good that I will surely be returning in the future. Great atmosphere. Staff was very inviting and friendly to me, as they greeted me upon walking in. They explained deals, happy hour, and other neat aspects that make this dispensary unique. Mike, my budtender, was especially helpful in getting me in and out the door within minutes, while providing a great experience to a new patient. His friendliness was greatly appreciated.

This is one of my favorite places to go. I'm a flower guy and they always have a large selection to choose from. The staff is also extremely friendly. It literally reminds me of the show Cheers! "Sometimes you wanna go, where everybody knows your name" lol.

I like the store itself for the layout and the team there is great. Mae is a kind and compassionate leader and Rene is a great resource for selecting product. Formerly Mission, I was able to experience the store fully before COVID and am happy to see the current safety protocols during the pandemic. Glad when businesses take it seriously for everyone's consideration. I look forward to when the virus is under control and we can spend time in the store and talking at greater length about their offerings.

Staff are friendly and the menu is always stocked with many options. I'd like to see better flower deals and/or improvement to there points system.

Been here a couple of times, you have to order by phone first. Most recent visit, I ordered one thing on the phone, was presented with another situation in the store. Buyer Beware, Bait-n-Switch. "Call center" says one thing, manager/employee inside says another. Not much counseling from the budtenders about what you're buying. I agree with the other reviewer, Budtenders need to pay more attention to getting the change right. Buy a calculator maybe. I was almost overcharged around 50 dollars.
Other dispensaries show the customer/patient the product, discuss the delivery method, make sure they are informed about what they are buying. They make correct change. And they don't seem happy to disappoint patients.
In the future, I will spend my money someplace less stressful.

I love love love the super friendly staff. Holy crap, recycling, good selection and didn’t feel rushed. It’s like 18 miles away. Trust me... I’m not sleeping on these kids!

This is the best dispensary in maryland.
I've been to many different places but this place!
The whole staff is friendly & helpful.
Unlike other dispensaries where it might take you 20 30 min to get your order, not here, you'll be in & out in 5 to 10 minutes.
Plus a huge selection of products.

I leave satisfied every time, and the staff are very professional, knowledgeable and friendly!
I had, had difficulties with another dispensery that I had gotten a specific strain from so when searching on weedmaps and leafly I found it eas available at M.H.. This was my first trio to Mission Hampden because they had the strain and another I was curious about. The people at Mission Hampden were nice and kind and not at all snooty or pretentious. The building was clean and they were on top of sanitation and safety.
Just real good folks. I'll be going back even though its 20 minutes from my house. I <3 them in my lists

I had been looking for a strain that I couldn’t find at my regular dispensary and was pleased to see Mission had ! I did online ordering and was impressed with their communication before I even went to pick up my order. Since it was my first visit I needed to do the normal paperwork but every single person I interacted with was beyond friendly and the entire environment was welcoming and comfortable. I didn’t wait long after filling out my forms and my order was ready to go! It was quick and easy and I was really impressed by the entire staff.
It’s not the biggest dispensary but it’s a nice modern feel and I knew right away that I would be coming back any time I was in the area! Prices seemed on point for what I was getting and their menu had a lot of items I sometimes have a hard time finding closer to home. Product was exactly what I was looking for and was great quality. I definitely recommend checking this place out !

Today was my first visit. I placed an online order as suggested by most dispensaries right now. They were the only dispensary near me that had wonderful selection of concentrates. I really enjoyed my visit. Everyone was so helpful and I would definitely recommend and I will be going again for sure!

Horrible 1st experience! Please beware as they use bait and switch price tactics. I went there because they have an eight of Bubble Gum Diesel advertised on their website (not weedmaps or Leafly), their website for $45. When I get there they say no it's going to be $50/eighth. I pulled it up on my phone because the two ladies behind the desk didn't believe me like I was lying. They said "you must be looking at the wrong Mission menu". When I showed them it was the correct menu they said "oh we must be having syncing issues". Ok well the whole reason I came here was your advertised price, so can you honor it?? The answer was an emphatic NO. Ok bye! Maggies and Blair are right down the street.

This little boutique style dispensary is so cute. All of the bud tenders, the security and the receptionist are all so helpful and welcoming. I can’t wait to visit again. Also! This is the first dispensary that I feel has given me my money’s worth. My container was not filled with shake or lots of little buds, just to fill up space. But there were healthy, full, buds which I loved.

The staff at this dispensary are some of the most patient-centered and educationally focused I've met. Finding a dispensary close to home that offers a points system is a big plus and the variety of choices on the menu is one of the best. There is a section if you're looking for glass and I can pick up my KingPalms without having to make an extra stop. Love the vibe here.
