I believe - very genuinely - that Shoni is an extremely valuable asset to the Mynt dispensary. Her ability to create a memorable experience for me is what will bring me to shop at Mynt again. With all respect implied, Shoni's customer service skills are exactly what will propel Mynt to the top-spot of 'The Best Dispensary in Reno'. That said, the Grateful Breath pre-rolls seem to be outsourced to a separate cannabis supplier/packager (other than Mynt) because the quality is far less than what I have come to expect from professional cannabis retailers. Lastly, why have propane heaters outside if you don't use them when it's cold? I mean, it's not like y'all ain't getting that paper... Overall, I give Mynt a 4 out of 5.

Living in downtown this is my go to place! The staff is super efficient, knowledgeable,and friendly. I love that you can look at the menu while you wait and it's an accessible location. I've noticed that they are beginning to offer more flash sales day to day and if you're a frequent customer like me the punch card is a great deal. I love mynt and highly recommend it to all my friends.

I absolutely love it here and I seem to love it more and more every time I return. I also love the emplyees here they are so kind and welcoming you couldn't ask for nicer people here but I have to point out Kendall. No matter how busy it is she always has a warm welcome and the kindest personality it's like how you feel with a best friend. I've had her as a cashier a tender and the person who checks you in and her attitude never fails, with her warm smile and she always askes how u are doing and it's always a pleasure to see her there. Thanks again guys for being so awesome!!! 💜

Service: I try to avoid this place, the budtenders are all super pushy on their store products and it's rather annoying. It reminds me of used car salesmen trying to make their commission. Products: Their flower is the same you'd get anywhere else in town, and most of their other products that aren't flower aren't reliable quality. The quality on most things seems to differ pretty drastically (with most of it being pretty bad, especially their store cartridges). I only go here when other places in town are out of what I want, and it's always been a bad sign to me that these guys are the last to sell out of most their products.

I've been in 3 times now and have received excellent service each time. Staff is very knowledgeable and friendly, I especially like Angela! I'd recommend Mynt to anyone!

I think the north (valley) location is great... the people are friendly and knowledgeable, and the place has a nice atmosphere.

I was a frequent customer until the prices raised, dictated on local events unfortunately. The quality is great however the strains and other products are very unreliable from visit to visit. The prices advertised on their website are not updated either.

Mynt is a dope dispensary! They have a great atmosphere and friendly staff. The prices are reasonable, they have a wide range of products, and the merchandise I want is always in stock. The last time we were in we were assisted by Cayden. He was helpful and great to talk to. Thank you Mynt for being so awesome!
