Giving them one star is honestly too much completely horrible customer service probably the worst dispensary in Fall River by far and their lead. Charlene is probably the most disrespectful person I have ever dealt with in my entire life, but at least I know what dispensary not to go to again. I have no interest in going to their Fall River location

Good place. Well run - professional. Exception is the "speak easy" style entry system. Not a fan at all, although I do understand that there are space limitations once inside.

As always Natures Medicine comes thru for the only place with the variety of live resin or rosin products. Everyone else stays with just distillates. That’s why there’s always my first choice.

Horrible costumer service, I waited about 30 minutes because there was about 5 people helping one person and not even acknowledging I’m even there. Worst costumer service I’ve ever had at a dispensary step up your game and hire people that aren’t rude

Made a Pre order today, saw a good price on Leafly drove 20 min each way just for them to tell me that the price wasn’t the right price!!! Showed them a screenshot of the price I was shown …..Waste of time and money don’t recommend

First time coming here. Probably will only be back to return the product that doesn't even work. Picked up a Little Dipper E-Dab Straw but the product is defective. It doesn't turn on or charge. Contacted Nature's Medicines by email and chat but have yet to hear back from anyone on the return process.

I had to use the recreational menu today because a certain product I wanted was not on the medical menu. But I was made aware by Josh and Woody that another product I would have paid a lot more for was also available on medical. That saved me the taxes and I also get a discount because of the awesome 20% off veterans discount that they give all Vets. Anyway I rate my experience a 10 out of 10. Carol , Morgan , Cedric, And Shartee who are all so very professional, friendly and very helpful. I can honestly say that Natures is the most consistent and friendly dispensary in the area. You can tell they love what they do.

I stopped in today just pick up a cartridge. My budtender Carol K. Was super sweet and knowledgeable on products and promotions. I have been here many times before and each time the staff has been pleasant and enlightening. My only complaint is I wish they had more of a selection on certain products.

I loved that I was in and out in less than 10 minutes. The staff there were very friendly and helpful. This was my 2nd visit to Nature’s Medicine and I love it here. The selection is pretty good and plentiful.

I regret not going there since the beginning they really stand out their facility alone is BEAUTIFUL the employees are super nice & super knowledgeable their PRICES ARE INCREDIBLE AND THEIR LINE UP IS ALWAYS TOP SHELF QUALITY FLOWER the best in town DON’T BE LIKE ME & WAITED GO SAVE MONEY & SMOKE SOME FIRE!!!

I grabbed a quarter of Black Mamba earlier and am extremely happy with the flower, service and overall experience of the visit! The buds are very dense, fresh, stinky and flavorful!

Love Nature's Medicine in Fall River. The people who work their r awsome. Have had no isauues with any of the pre rolls. The product selection and pricing is great. Hope you all get a chanch to try them.
