I loved the professionalism and customer service. First time ever at a dispensary.

I've been a patient since day one, but the ways the prices are jumping, I fear I'm going to have to go back to pharmaceuticals.... when it works and it's a healthier alternative, it don't take long before it starts to be unaffordable

Everyone is so friendly and they all work really hard. I have never ever had anything but fantastic service,products, and attention. More than anything, I’ve been going there since it was first opened and It’s still one of my favorite places, not just because of purchasing product, they treat You like family. And the main thing is, the patience they have with me. I get a “little” discombobulated once in a while., maybe a little more than once in awhile.. such a great place and the free delivery surely doesn’t hurt. I had my MML before We had any dispensaries in MD.. I had been carless at that time so when they did open locally NCW was the only place I ever bought medicine from, they are prompt and You could never ever meet such a group so upbeat and sincerely caring. A++++

This place is outta this world, I don't know any dispensary with a menu like theirs and the staff are knowledgeable and personable! Great place to go weather your an old head or brand new!

NCW has signature products you can't get anywhere else. This is the dispensary to go to!! or get a delivery. They do that too!!

I tried out their delivery service and it was amazing! They kept in constant communication, recommended products that I wanted that they didn't have in stock at the time, and applied all deals to my order! It was an awesome experience and I'm definitely going to order again soon. 😉

Your field marketing manager is extremely rude and did not have a good engagement with her ! It’s disgusting to have someone talk to you condescending and lack of compassion ! I think her name was Sarah, when I tried to speak to a manager to get their name. I don’t know what manager supports the lack of empathy and compassion that you need in order to work here. I will not shop here again.

just cause it says prime doesn't mean prime price they started cheap something has to change us patient need to stop getting toking advantage of lower your price so when you have a sale it's a sale not what they used to be price you price high so when you so call do a deal it is the price you use to sell for we are all not dumb stop thinking we are someone to take from

Just wanted to come on here and write a little review, this happens to be one of the best dispensaries I have ever been to in Maryland. The staff is amazing they feel like a family and are always finding new ways to make the customer experience even better! Not only that they are constantly having free food, events and sales for the customers! They really treat the patients with great care(: love it here I’ll continue to go here every week

I like how friendly the people are! There's times I'm in a hurry, but then I just chill and reflect on how awesome it is that I can pull up to a store front and have weed brought to my car!! So just be patient folks!!!

This place is the BEST! They deliver to your front door! Call and place your order before 2pm and you can have same day delivery. Harford and Cecil County's. They expanded their delivery to more countys. Everyone is wonderful. From the budtenders, to delivery staff and the delivery drivers. Everyone has a pleasant/not uptight attitude! I have been getting most of my medical maryjane here since July 2020. I order at least 2 times a week. Everyone is very personable and are amazing at answering my questions and giving healing advice on which strains will be more beneficial for my medical needs.

Best Dispensary EVER! The staff is amazing, the facility is clean, and they are always holding fun events and patient appreciation days!! Love my NCW fam!

The staff know their products and are helpful and suggestive. They are doing a great job adjusting to the new sales procedures and moving customers along. Can’t wait till sales move back inside......until then, social distance hugs to all! I had to knock a star off atmosphere cuz it was windy in the parking lot

This Dispensary is the best in the State in my opinion, The Manger Bonnie is awesome always helps out, Tommy the Community liaison is very helpful an knowledgeable in Terpenes. An the owner Bobby has Crab Feast an other food events for Patients an the community. 15 star Dispensary.

Delivery is AWESOME. I had an issue and luckily I was able to reach out to the owner and he fixed it AND gave me compensation for the trouble (free tshirt yeah!) The owner is absolutely AWESOME and so is Bonnie who helped me make sure I got my order. I will be back. What is not to like? great discounts, never have to leave your house, and Bobbie makes it right if you feel it was wrong. just reach out. My needs were met and I was treated respectfully. LOVE NCW And BOBBIE AND BONNIE!

The folks are all very friendly and knowledgeable. They have great weekly deals as well as every day deals for seniors and veterans. They offer delivery and store pickup (in vehicle during quarantine). I’ve never had a reason to go anywhere else.

Every experience at NCW is great. The atmosphere is very warm and welcoming. Plus the staff is always amazing and are very knowledgeable on the products they sell. They are compassionate and care about all of their clients. I always order online and pick up later in the day. Navigating through the online menu is a breeze and within minutes of placing my order I receive a text notification that my order is ready for pick up. Prior to certification, I knew nothing about any of the products but thanks to the wonderful staff I know exactly what I need to treat my condition. You have all been a life saver!
