Unless you get a daily veteran or “industry” discount don’t count on the availability of high quality products during their corresponding discount day. In March grams of RSO were available for 60$ before 25% discount, good luck ever seeing that here again. If you’re looking for any flower above 25%? Don’t go here because it’ll be $65 base price. Oh wow they offer deals on quarters? Nope it’s trim garbage. Funny to see them trying to sell $1 grams of stems for tea. Grams of concentrate for $80 LOL. Maryland doesn’t have a recreational market. Save this disgusting behavior and price gouging for the time when it does. Shame on you.

Visited NCW a few days ago for the first time in awhile! I had an amazing experience, they had great deals and product. Will Bosley was super friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. He was patient with me and helped me decide what to get! I am in love with the Gelato Cake strain he recommended, so happy he did! Definitely some of the best customer service out there. Thank you Will!!!
The cart deals are 👏amazing the staff bosley and laura know just what you need as u explian whats going on with youself anxiety and overthinking hace been my issues so i was to try fruit flavors and they did not disappoint watermelon. 3 by select has to be one of my favorites or you can go there on Monday and get 2 carts for 70 💵dollars i got forbidding fruit and clementine abd both by slect amazing. Im more interacting seem more creative and really helps with my anxiety!!these flovers are all just alil bit of what they had i seen 3 bags 🎒of edbles from betty edbles imma hace to try they hace a end of specail deal!!!oh snap and 710 OIL day they have an event were theres food free swag and alot of steals and deals!!!!!!Dont miss oil day 710 OIL
Usually a decent selection and good deals if you go on the day for what you’re looking for, only issue with this place is some of the staff aren’t the friendliest and seem to be annoyed when you ask about the deals or products. Definitely a downer since they usually are always super smiley and helpful.
Mike and Matthew display the very best in customer service, always recommend the very best product for my needs and amazingly locate items difficult to find.
Everytime I wanna order something online.. they send me a message saying they no longer have it.. but it will be up on the menu still.. for days.. then all the best bud you cant click on it to order it.. NCW is trash. Nearly have ANY good bud and when you do have good bud.. you make it impossible to get .. you cant click on it or you have a little left and the budtenders will LIE and say there's none left.. yet it's right there online.. for days too.. this place is a joke. And that's why I never buy from ncw. This place tips you off then catches an additude when you call them out on there bullcrap. I'm tired of ordering good bud from here just for them to LIE and hold it for themselves. This happens to me so much here. Like I said that's why I'm done with this TRASH dispenser. Bunch of clowns running it.

Every time I order a product they always tell me that there out of it but have it posted on there website for sale sounds sketchy to me I ordered pie crust 9/5/20 for it to still be available today 9/6/20. Won’t purchase from this place no more discrimination at its finest.
So I came into ncw about a week ago maybe a lil longer I was a completely blown away at the fact that they didn’t have an updated menu I could look at. I had a short girl w pig tails who was very pushy I went in and just wanted to pick two carts they pretty much picked for me then I asked if I could see a menu and that it was all around me however nothin on the wall is updated so just tell me what u like and I can get u something and I started to get frustrated and said okay well I’m just gonna see if I can see them from the floor looking at the shelf’s and she proceeded to tell me your not gonna be able to see them. I told her I loved Mercyene because it’s fruity and tastes good she told me mercyene actually is peppery and that I should take a picture of the terpene chart on my way out. I do not work in a dispo but I can tell u I’m a pot head mrycene is fruity and mango and beta caryophelline tastes like pepper and it’s for anti anxiety like if ur gonna try to tell me things make sure ur not just spewing bullshit at me bc I know more weed then her. She did go over all the products w me and I ended up gettin one thing I never tried before and something I told her to pick out there were both sub par but that’s my own fault however I think one ur dispensary would run 100 percent smoother if u have paper menus at every station that people can look at and also I expected better service nobody wants to go into a weed store and get pushed around and leave w two things like what the hell did It just overall left a bad taste in my mouth and I would like to come back give it another chance but haven’t had a reason too figured I’d share my review

Hey Mitchell! Thanks for taking the time to let us know about this experience. We're sorry to hear this, as this is not at all what we are about. We emphasize great patient service, and it sounds like we did not meet our own standards that day. While I believe our dispensary agent's intentions weren't malicious and meant to provide assistance to the best of their knowledge, it sounds like their methods were a bit abrasive and missed the mark. That said, I'm sure the cartridges provided were the best that fit the brief based on the selection we had. I know our MPX inventory has been moving extremely quickly due to the deal we've had going recently, so it's likely we had just run out of those products and our staff was tied up before getting to it at that moment. While I understand the frustration with the setup of our menu, our black board menu has proven to be very beneficial for many reasons and is unlikely to be going anywhere. One relevant reason being that covid is still alive and well, and switching to a paper menu during the pandemic would be irresponsible to many of our high-risk patients. We keep up with it to the best of our ability and is, typically, up to date, but it's natural some things may remain on the board for a very brief period after running out if our staff is tied up. It is certainly frustrating when you see a specific medicine you wanted and find it's not available, however.
I do believe, if given another opportunity, you'll see what we are all about and find that we're a pretty awesome team! I do hope you'll consider giving us the chance to show you that. So this was my Second time for a in-store purchase. The first time did lack a bit on customer service but that being said Shane reached out to me and I voiced my opinion. Just let me say this Shane Bonnie Tommy and Matt went above and Beyond to make things right. I don't visit the Dispensaries around town much and NCW is like 38 miles away from me but I will drive there anytime I can. Reason being NCW is Probably the only place who Truely care about their Patients/Customers. They have an Amazing Team working for them and I felt like I was a top priority Patient . Let me say no I didn't spend an enormous amount of money so that wasn't the reason for the Outstanding Service and Information I received from them. If I could give them a 100 Stars then I would they well deserve it. If your looking for great product and Informative insight into Medical Cannabis then this is your one stop Place. Thank you NCW Team for all the care and time you gave to me today. I Truely am Grateful to you all. See you Soon

While we do have a mark up of about $5 more than some other dispensaries, we also have no corporate backing and offer loads more than most other dispensaries as far as our services and deals/discounts go! We're sorry you feel that way, though I'm unsure why that leaves us with 1 star for quality, service, or atmosphere! We hope one day you give us a chance and see what we're really all about.

I mean the reviews here already say it all. You can place an order and they still never have your product. Leafly should drop this place because theres no point they dont fill orders correctly or contact you if they're out of something you ordered. They are chatty no wonder theres alot of waiting. Over priced, I literally travel an hour away for consistancy this place is trash but look at their only compitition in the area is Pharmkunt. I hate it here. Put some of that money your blowing on advertising billboards and cars into hiring someone to maintain the online inventory better. Never again.
They have a new thing on Sunday’s where you get some of their low stock options at a decent percentage off. Called to check what was left and placed my order. Went to pick it up and the woman rang up both low stock options at full price. Then when I called it out “thanks for noticing” ? LOL. Gave this place a break for a couple of months and this happens. Customer service people....damn.
NCW has long been one of the most visible dispensaries in my area because of their excellent patient outreach through Tommy Lyons. They offer all kinds of incentives to shop with them. Including discounts for veteran and wisdom like many other places, but also for people with disabilities. I finally got out to the location and I wasn’t disappointed. They have a laid back and informed vibe while also being very insightful while recommending product. Someone from the store even called and said they would call when a strain I was looking for would be in. Complete 180° compared to the customer service at some of these spots. Will shop again.

Great out support of military veterans. Tommy and staff are super helpful, knowledgeable, and professional, making my first time Maryland dispensary visit a breeze. Selection is good and of quality. Now excuse me will I enjoy the recommended Purple Obeah from Evermore ;)

Sat on hold for half hour listening to the most annoying voice to place an order. Finally gave up bc no one answered. Need to change the annoying voice on the menu.

I love the staff, very knowledgeable & helpful and friendly. Products always great or they make it right. EVENTS ARE AWESOME! A must come once! Love this place. They assisted me in obtaining my card almost 3 yrs ago.
Yesterday I called this dispensary trying to find out their delivery process and what to expect, the woman that I spoke to made is seem like it was the easiest thing since sliced bread, she assured me that they’re always on the road, fast delivery, just an overall good business. I listened to her and decided to place an order because it was before 12 and I wanted the PROMISED same day delivery that obviously drew me to this establishment. After waiting 3 hours I received a call from Sarah who says she is the manager telling me that “they can deliver my flower tomorrow morning but they can’t do it today because they don’t have a driver for Parkville”. Uhm, excuse me? It took 3 hours to realize that you’re short staffed for the day? If you knew what drivers were working today why was this not sorted out at 8am when the drivers hit the road? Not only do they have 3 Indicas, they cancel appointments with no warning, no alternatives, just we’ll get to you when we get to you. Sarah’s attitude through it all was disgusting and she was very nonchalant and unfazed; the tone in for voice was almost as if she wanted to say take it or leave it. $170 worth of weed and you can’t make a trip to Towson/Parkville? Save yourself the headache and just go to the dispensary if you’re physically able. This establishment feels more like you’re ordering from the local weed guy instead of placing an order for your medicine that is prescribed. I feel bad for those who are not able to go into a dispensary and have to rely on questionable business practices like the ones displayed to me today.
Cancelled my delivery order and never notified me. Waited around all day for nothing. Don’t waste your time.
