Nevada Made Marijuana - Las Vegas

It should be called Nevada May thieves cuz that's what the f*** they are thieves

1st time and LAST time. BAIT AND SWITCH JOINT, Ordered 20 joints that were testing at 28-31% (3 different strains) of the 10 that were supposed to be the 31% I got 4 at 31% and then 6 with a similar name at "21%". The 5 I ordered that were supposed to be 28% were switched again with a similar strain name but only testing at 18%. The other 5 ordered listed the wrong percentage online by 5%. Sad that I can't count on the ability of grown adults to fill an order properly but we are potheads so shame on me for not putting each joint I bought under a microscope. If you go check not only the name but the % before you pay but for me, it is a PUFF PUFF PASS on getting my treats from NEVADA MADE.

Where do I start?! I moved into the area and this has been an almost-every-day visit for me, so I am writing an honest review after 2 weeks of being introduced to this lovely establishment. A friendly man at the front door held the door open for me and from the moment I walked in, I just kept getting happier and happier. I issued my I.D. to SAMANTHA at the desk and explained it was my first visit and she answered my questions and even took the time to create my profile and add my industry discount quickly before I headed to the back to my budtender. Nicole was my first budtender and she was super informative and friendly...At first, I was skeptical because there’s no viewable price list, but I was thrilled to find out everything is displayed by each tier in the glass, and it’s $40,$50,$60 1/8s with tax included which are amazing prices for the awesome brands they carry, which thank goodness are some of my FAVES; Tahoe Hydro, Pheno, Natures Chemistry, Virtue, Flora Vega Elusive and lately I’ve been super loving their own brand, Kabunky!! Ive purchased glasswear from them and it’s very reasonably priced and unique pieces. They have a great dollars-back program...I usually buy halves, or oz’s so I consistently have about 10-15$ off each transaction!! Can’t beat that!! The staff is ALWAYS friendly, not like robot customer service, but so GENUINE!! Shout outs to MATT, DEVIN, RODERICK, CODY, LAUREN..IF I LOST TRACK AND FORGOT YOU, please remind me when you see me next and I’ll make sure you get a shout out!! These tenders always patiently show me the terpene counts on the jars and hand-pick pretty flowers for my picky self, so thank you !! && Shout out to my old friend FLINTIE!! I really like this new location and the employees. I had virtually no wait time and was helped by Devin. He helped me get some good deals on what I needed and was very knowledgeable of all the products.

I don't know that I've ever had an easier time at any dispensary...NV, AZ, CA, it don't matter. My dumb ass didn't catch the name of the tender that helped my homegirl and I, but she was sweet and hella patient with the two of us. The disposables and flower suggested definitely hit the spot and didn't break my wallet (that Garlic Mints tho, dayum). I don't live in Vegas, sadly... but if I did, this would be my go to for sure.

Unfortunately, Ian (morning "supervisor") has caused the loss of a long time, 650/month customer. His uncaring attitude about how Nevada Made Marijuana inconvenienced me by implementing new 'points' rules without letting its customer base know (emails, texts, signage at the store, etc.) was rude and inappropriate especially when he wouldn't even look at me while I was speaking to him, continuing to type away on his computer and offering canned messages instead "sorry, yeah we should have told you" while not even looking up. It's unfortunate that Nevada Made Marijuana doesn't teach customer service. A good customer lost over the inflexibility over 7 dollars. Take care.

This has been my go to MMJ dispensary. Now that they’ve raised their prices there’s no incentive for me to shop there anymore. Very disappointed. Have had ups and downs through the years. Lots of great experiences and a few not so great. Unfortunately you’ve lost a weekly customer.

DID NEVADA MADE MARIJUANA GROW TOO BIG FOR ITS BRITCHES? This HAD been my "go-to" MMJ dispensary. Unfortunately, the customer service seems to have taken a NOSEDIVE. Rather than process medical patients in advance of recreational customers (which is their stated policy), the front desk personnel (Raven?) lets her friends jump the line ahead of medical patients. I've raised this issue with management twice. When it happened to me for the third time, I spoke with the "manager" - Brian. He was dismissive and nonchalant. With the number of options for dispensaries, you'd have thought they would care about a loyal customer. Do yourself a favor - go somewhere else.

First I have to say I never thought I would enter a dispensary until my father became ill. My first time there and I have to say this is the cleanest business I ever entered and that includes hospitals. I have to commend your sales person Shavaughn. She was extremely helpful. I discussed with her the needs of my father and she suggested several edibles. I purchased my edibles and they have done exactly what Shavaughn said they would. Shavaughn is a tremendous asset to your company. She’s attentive, personable and extremely knowledgeable.

Everyone at this dispensary is so nice but I can't lie I do have my favorite representatives ANTWONE is super cool very informative and knows his shit excuse my language. DEVIN works fast I tell him what I want and my price range and in less than 60 seconds it seems like I'm being escorted to the door . Also MATT is great also he knows his product and always gives me great options . I can't tip them cash so I must at least tip them with my words. I just wish there were more female budtenders.

I recommend this place to all , young or old. At least 21 and above. The flower here is very medicinal. Savannah is such a classy Professional bud tender and fresh and friendly face to shop with. She and thr whole jardin experience was quite memorable.

Highly recommend stopping by this shop,...anytime! Everyone was friendly and polite all the way from the parking lot to the counter where I met Jackie! She was friendly and super helpful! I have only been to this shop 3x’s.. SO FAR:) Place is clean, bright and everyone seems to be nice and know what theyre selling. Def. check it out!

First stop the hubby and I made today after our flight was to Nevada made of course , and besides the wait it was awesome as always :) We grabbed some really tasty cartridges an got a free battery :) thank you Devin for your generosity again .

Wow! Amazing prices, amazing customer service! JACQUELINE was my budtender & was SUPER friendly & answered all of my questions! Didn't make me feel rushed either. Honestly, every worker in the shop is soo nice, everyone wished me a good day & thanked me for stopping by as I was walking out! 20/10 overall experience. Don't forget to sign up for their rewards if you're a local!

First time going to Nevada Made! Everyone was friendly and helpful. Especially my bud tender Michael he made it easy and quick to get my order. I can’t remember her name but the nice woman with the smile mask on had my order ready by the time I got done paying. Also to my surprise the tax is included in the price! I love leaving reviews for places but when I found out they don’t take tips I had to shout them out for their speed, quality customer service, and premium buds at a friendly and not to mention lowest prices in town! This is definitely my new favorite place to get my meds!

Devin M was my bud tender, super on point and knowledgeable. Made two recommendations and they were spot on. Was easy to stay within my limited budget and walk out with some tremendous strains I’ve never tried before.

Excellent service. Front desk (Khristine) and Security (Ray William) always provide superior service! Best dispensary hands down in Vegas!

Good vibes as soon as you walk in! I only had to wait a couple minutes in the lobby and I love the screens. I was able to pick out what I wanted before being seen. Devin served me quickly and recommended some delicious edibles that I ended up getting.

Came in and right away got instant good vibes by the door person and then my dude at the counter Johnny o sold me a couple chocolate bars and some gummed and that shit was freakin bomb in hella coming back fo sho next time get some flower

The entire staff is incredibly knowledgeable and super approachable, plus, very kind. The daily deals are fantastic. The staff, the deals, and the product are all exceptional! A MUST stop for anyone visiting or living in Vegas. Devin has helped me in the past and was not only super helpful and quick to give Krumble suggestions, live-resin, which was off the charts amazing. He was also very warm and kind. (Like the entire staff).

OMG!!! Devin is the best! So sweet and helpful! I love this location and all the employees are nice and friendly. The prices are great too can’t wait to come back!

What can I say about this place??? Not only is the location convenient but the service is superb! The staff was so friendly and laid back and I got the coolest budtender Devin to hook me up with some gummies (my favorite) and some flower to hold me over for the weekend. 10/10 will be back next week for more of their great deals. (:
