I enjoyed my first time in here. Everyone was smiling, happy to help whoever they could. Professional, but relaxed, and the funfetti was a great suggestion:)

I really enjoyed going in here the lady who checked me in was so nice and she even laminated my card for me but all of their flower was amazing even the mid shelf was top shelf

The flower selection is awesome! Great selection of other medicines!!Service is friendly and knowledgable!! I drive by three other shops just to come to next level! It's worth the trip! Straight High Grade!!

I had reviewed this place previously because I had a decent experience but after my 3 hour drive home, i discovered most of the meds were of much lower quality and didn't look properly cured. They had literally given me a bunch of bud from an inferior grow mixed in with one good bud which is what I looked at when I chose it. Most of the nugs were incredibly harsh, no flavor, black ash, complete garbage. I feel incredibly deceived by this behavior and can't in good faith recommend this place.

I have absolutely no idea how what your describing could have taken place but I can assure you there was no deception taking place and it was absolutely not intentional. Were having a hard time imagining what strain you could be referring to but hope you can be more specific so we can review our inventory of that variety; at NLW we maintain strict quality control standards and hope you will take the time to bring to our attention specifics so we can look into it further. We work with a select group of growers and if any of our patients have any feedback on any of their specific meds we like to hear it so we can pass it on to them! We maintain a policy of every patient having their individual needs fully met and would be more than happy to trade out anything that you weren't completely satisfied with for something of your choice if your able to make time to visit us again. Stop by next time your in town, we will do whatever it takes to make up for your bad experience!

I'm a new patient; staff was efficient, helpful and friendly. The store was clean and pleasant. She answered all my questions and seemed to know the stock well. If anything, there is too much selection; all the choices were overwhelming!

the new location is great, parking can be interesting but not many parts of Eugene that have easy access parking. The inside is penominal, the new reader board screens in the show room is a very nice upscale touch. Your new place is awesome, don't have any negatives

This being my third dispensary I am not quite sure what I am looking for with the atmosphere, but They guy was very friendly and patient. The Huckleberry I tried was great and much more preferred over another's product. Very understanding and trying hard to get the credit machine up and running again for more convenience.

I went in as a first time patient and the staff was very welcoming and knowledgable. They also carried a great assortment of strains, edibles and extracts. I will be back!
