They were great….until you get a defective product. I asked them to test a vape that wouldn’t work for me. I was told that if it was more than one week old that they do not support it. I wanted them to test my vape to see if it was really defective, but they refused to and told me that I should not be in there for product more than a week old. I would think a business would be more concerned about their own customers product experience than to chase them out the door because they’ve purchased defective product from them. Moving on….. and now I clearly ask what a dispensary’s actual warranty policy is. Don’t get burned like I did. Shop around & ask questions. They’ve lost a fantastic customer. I found a dispensary in Mesa that stands well behind the product they sell. And they are HAPPY to help me.
WARNING!!! DO NOT GO HERE THINKING YOU ARE PAYING WHAT YOU SAW AS YOUR TOTAL. THESE GUYS ARE THIEVES. FALSE ADVERTISEMENT. CONCENTRATE SAID 50% OFF FOR 5 DOLLARS. CARTRIDGES WAID THEY WERE HALF OFF YET I WAS CHARGED THE FULL Amount. I DONT Complain AND THIS IS MY GO TO Place SO LOSING 45 DOLLARS BECAUSE Leafy IS A THIRD Party SO IT WAS THEIR MISTAKE NOT Nirvana. AND I'M STUCK WITH THE SHORT END OF THE STICK. COMPLETE BULLSHIT JUST A SORRY FOR RIPPING ME OFF. COULD HAVE AT LEAST OFFERD A PRE ROLL FOR THE HASSLE. I HAVE LOST MY TRUST IN THEM. WHICH REALLY SUCKS BECAUSE IT'S THE ONLY ONE I LIKED.
ALSO TRY NOT TO SMILE OR GIGGLE WHEN CHECKING OUT. THE LADY THAT HELPED ME THE LASTB TIME WAS THE SAME FROM TODAY. SHE WAS VERY RUDE TO NE SNAPPING AT ME SAYING WHAT TO YOU THINK IS SO FUNNY HUH? THEN PROCEEDED TO TALK TO HER CO WORKER ABOUT HAVING TO PUT HER FOOT DOWN. MIND YOU I WAS JUST WALKING UP HASN'T SAID A WORD.. OVER ALL PEOPLE DONT DESERVE THIS CRAP !
I’m not one to ever leave reviews as I’ve been shopping in this industry legally for the past 10 years. I’m finally getting around to leaving one for my local Nirvana That is also my go to spot now. pun intended. over the past year and a half, They have won back my loyalty and service. About 4 to 5 months ago one of the bartenders and I had a great talk about flower quality, and how it has decreased overall in the state. He implored me to take a look at the deli style flower, and I must say I have been very impressed for the past half year. All of their bud tenders are great here, but bud tender/manager, J, takes it up a notch, as he seems to always know exactly what my nose is looking for. Every recommendation he has ever made to me has been right up my wheelhouse, and I have never felt that he was trying to sell me a strain/product because they were trying to get it off
the shelf. Thank you guys for bringing some proper flower back to the east valley
IF I COULD GIVE ZERO STARS I WOULD!!! After being a loyal customer at Nirvana, they have once again failed to provide even fair customer service, by not standing by their daily flyer pricing. They advertised 7 Grams smalls BOGO for Loud Pacs 2 for $40...across the page, still under flower pricing it read 7 grams Loud Pac for $25. They refused to honor this, the young lady accusing my boyfriend at yelling at her, meanwhile the customers all near him said he did not yell at her. The manager said he refused to honor this and admitted he knew the was a typo, yet this was a typo at 6pm. Mind you that the advertisement was never updated when I went in after my boyfriend, at 8:30pm, still reading the same error/typo. Whoever reads this, please be careful as this is not the only time this has happened to us and now will be the last. GFR
When it was in the old location, I wasn’t a huge fan.
Since they’ve moved I’ve been shopping there regularly.
I find the manager and bud tenders knowledgeable. On days when I’m unsure what I want they always lead me to something good.
I find all of them friendly.

If you offer 80 dollar deals uphold em. Man I come all the time. How horrible to be told no no no don’t apply cos you got the bogo deal allotment reached. So u gotta make another transaction but the deal don’t apply? When I was gonna spend 100? The math ain’t math in my friends sorry I was mad when she said go to your car and come back to the end of the line to make another transaction when I each you guys do it all the time blonde with blue in it cool man I just went home made me feel like a total stranger

I’ve been coming here for a while now and honestly, this is one of the best dispensaries in the area. The staff is always super friendly, knowledgeable, and actually takes the time to help you find exactly what you’re looking for instead of rushing you through.
The selection is great—whether you’re looking for flower, edibles, or concentrates, they always seem to have solid options at different price points. Everything I’ve gotten has been high quality and consistent, which is a huge plus.
The store itself is clean, well-organized, and has a really chill vibe. You don’t feel pressured at all, which makes the whole experience way more enjoyable.
Prices are fair, and they usually have good deals or specials going on, which keeps me coming back. Overall, I’d definitely recommend this place to anyone, whether you’re new or experienced. It’s just an all-around great spot.

Nirvana AJ makes me feel accepted and appreciated as a patient! Being in a lot of other dispensaries, there is a feeling of hostility and an unnecessary pressure to get in and out. I do not feel that here and I genuinely appreciate the staff making shopping so enjoyable! The atmosphere is chill and they have a HUGE selection for flower, edibles, concentrates, vapes, pre rolls, papers, bongs and so much more it’s crazy 😆 any questions I have get answered right away

I just forgot how crowded it is on a weekend.Made a little hard to walk around in there for me that other than that great service.
I am extremely disappointed with this.place after my last visit. I bought the Moonrocks BOGO and I had decided to double my order when I arrived only to find that what I literally bought on my first receipt I paid $25 for the exact same product that was $40 on the second receipt, they would not honor for the second purchase. When I mentioned that I thought it would be the same price, I was given a have assed response telling me it must have been something to do with happy hour pricing. That was bs since it still was happy hour when I bought the same product. I am still waiting for the manager to call me back and that was night before last. This is a very bad look, so watch your receipts and the pricing. How they could legitimatize this is beyond me but now I understand them telling me they had to ring it separately so they could screw me over. So pissed I will never return, and I always shop there alot.

Warning do not go to this store if you have a medical condition and are dependent on the online pick up. I arrived at the store and waited about five minutes in line. A person came in behind me. I commented that this line is slow. They might want to go to another line. When I did that they must’ve heard me and asked me to go to another line that was not the online pick up. When I got to the teller. I said that lady is very slow. She said what did you call my friend I said nothing. I said the service was slow. She immediately walked off. She came back with a manage(Serena), who asked me to leave. When I asked what for she said I was calling her employees names. When I asked her what I said She did not know. I could not tell me anything supposedly that I called her employees. Then she asked what I said. I said that the person with the dreadlocks working the online pick up is slow. Then explain to her that I have a medical condition and I need my medication and I rely on that service because I have medical needs that are legally considered debilitating by the State. That’s when she said she did not care that I had medical needs. Denied me my medication and told me to leave for having an opinion about their online pick up service and the speed at which they provided it. If you end up going to this communist store and you have a opinion that is not in alignment with the manager Serena you will be removed and denied your medication for commenting on the service or lack of any service. This place looks very unprofessional like a bunch of ex Carnival workers or dropout circus workers run the place and live in the back maybe even sleep in the back in sleeping bags.
