First of all, I want to say that I’ve been loyal to Nirvana dispensary from the very beginning—being there since their soft opening and right through their grand debut. The team there has always been friendly, genuine, and kind, and I truly appreciated the connection I felt with the people who worked hard to serve the community. But my heart breaks to say that my trust has been broken by the higher-ups. I’ve watched the prices climb relentlessly, felt the shifting of policies like a shell game, and seen the soul of this place change before my eyes. It’s like watching something you once cherished turn into just another corporate entity—a betrayal that stings deeply. The final blow came when I couldn’t even place an online order—my small amount of money, the many small purchases I made over the years, suddenly meant nothing. That felt like a slap in the face; it made me realize that the years of loyalty I showed, the support I gave with my hard-earned money, now seem insignificant. It’s a heartbreaking reminder that this is just business, that they’ve gone corporate, and in doing so, lost the heart and community that once made Nirvana special. So no, I won’t be giving a single cent more. I won’t step into your dispensary with my little money anymore, because I’ve been made to feel that my loyalty and my support don’t matter. I've been going to Nirvana ever since they open I used to have better reviews for them but nowadays the customer service is fell off the prices are higher and the atmosphere is not as atmospheric as it once was still my number one option for right now unless something better comes up used to be a lock and a no doubt not so much anymore facts

I had a great experience at Nirvana Dispensary. The staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and knowledgeable. They took the time to answer my questions, made helpful recommendations without any pressure, and made the whole process quick and easy. The store was clean, well-organized, and had a great selection of products at fair prices. I also appreciated the relaxed atmosphere and excellent customer service from start to finish. If you're looking for a dispensary with quality products and a team that genuinely cares about helping customers, I definitely recommend Nirvana. I'll be coming back!

Still might go to just not like it used to be prices are a little more pricey or these days. Still like the crew that's there knowledgeable and nice. One thing I don't like is how the lines are very long these days every single time I go there's a long line out the door most of that times. Another thing 10 registers and there's never 10 people working though not even five. Even when the line is long there's not the registers aren't fully manned. So it takes a while I think they can improve on that other than that they'll never want to leave for me baby still might go to for now LOL

Since opening nirvana has been my favorite dispensary. I willingly commute from the other side of town because the deals and service are just that good. They have the best deals in town!
