Nirvana Cannabis - West Phoenix

nirvana is a good place for deals and their staff is awesome special shout out to Reganne m she was awesome stop by and check her out

Did not feel “welcoming” at all. My budtender didnt say anything at all except “next” and the price of product. No greeting, no info on the strain I bought, no interaction at all. I work in customer service and based off my first experience here, I won’t be coming back. At least the product was decent.

Jillian was the help ever. Everyone stop by and support the best Dispensary.

Good prerolls

Nirvana West valley is a great location. The staff are very friendly helpful and knowledgeable. You can always count on leaving happier than when you came in. Definitely stop by you'll be happy you did.

It's always a good vibe when I come here very friendly 😌 ☺️ ✨️ 😊

great place and atmosphere, super cool people very friendly. service was amazing and checking was quick. would reccommend a friend here for sure.

Charmayne is super helpful and knows her products and always has a smile we'll be back

My bud tender was amazing Very friendly very patient

Got the Melted brand liquid live resin cartridges and they have taste for 3 puffs and then it tastes like straight up distillate the whole rest of the cart. Gross! I will never ever buy that brand again. At least it doesn't make me cough much. How about not calling it live resin if you going to be stingy with the live terps

Asked specifically for Live Rosin and was sold Live Resin. I was told it was my fault I didn't check and wasn't more clear with what I wanted. If coming here make sure to spell out exactly what you want and make them spell it back. Ridiculous customer service.

No matter what I say or how I explain myself it really doesn't matter but any way I definitely can say this was exactly why I don't shop at nirvana especially this one they have like some people that just do not care how they treat customers or people in general.
