I’ve experienced some sort of issue the last three times I’ve tried to place an express order with Nirvana West, twice the front desk put my card in the check-in pile instead of for a pickup. It’s a shame the service has been so frustrating as the product is typically adequate and their deals competitive. I got the pleasure of visiting this store before their grand opening and was impressed at that time by the atmosphere of the lobby and back area. It was clean, fun, and the water feature added a nice touch. Since then, I have yet to see the water feature run and the front area always feels a bit dingy.

I am so sick of this nirvana they put out they were supposed to have 25 dollar eighths and 35 dollar prepackaged quarters they open at 8 am did not alot of people there I get there at 9am just an hour before they open there is no body there but me and I'm told there out of all of there deals I'm so sick of this place it seems to happen everytime I come and this guy tried to sell me a prepackaged half for 60 bucks of some leavy small bud and the package looked like a quarter false advertising will definitely get you a bad review

Love this shop time and time again, I am usual Cx here now, Only thing I would recommend is using the phone order system to save you time at the shop, Shop is great so it does get bust with other PTs and wait times do increase! use the order system and itll always be fast and easy! keep it up!
