Nirvana Cannabis - North Phoenix (Med/Rec)

I usually get curbside pick up and I will only ever go for this option when I visit this location. The service inside from both the front desk and security was rude. I inquired on a wait because I thought I heard him tell someone 45 minutes. when I clarified I got a very rude response with zero understanding of where I was coming from. I apologized to the front desk for asking about the wait and she just looked at me with zero response. Not a friendly experience which is unfortunate because it was my first time visiting inside.

Went to location as first time customer. It said on Leafly that I would be able to go into the store to shop. When I got there I waited 20 minutes as second person in line to start the first time process completed it and was told to now put in an online order as that was all they were doing and to come back in an hour to pick it up. So I placed my order received my text 2 hours later with the wrong price. I called to confirm the correct price and went to go pick it up. When I got there I was the second car in line and it still took 30 minutes to be helped. I gave the tender the money and card and she comes back in about ten minutes and very rudely tells me I didn't give her enough money so I broke down the math and showed her I did give enough and the price was wrong. She went back inside and after another 15 minutes she brought out my product and said " you even got change that should make you happy" and to top it all off the bus was miss at best and it was the top shelf and the io batter was dry as a bone. I will never go to this dispensary or any of it's other locations. Not worth the 4 hour headache for crappy weed.

Fast friendly ser ice i. A welcoming, laid back yet professional atmosphere. Online orders filked super quickly Great sale events. Nothing not to like.

Best flower for the price I've found!

I liked everything, EXCEPT:~ As a new customer, pulling in, parking and not really knowing what to do was awkward but it didnt take long, then getting in line after parking in the front lot and trying to pullout was almost impossible. So everything about the place is great except for the line/Parking situation.

First time here and they didnt have any products for new patient deals. Which is totally fine I got me a concentrate. The lady said she could save my "new patient" deal for next time. The place looks like a drs office which I thought was cool then you open another door to Wonka's candy room. Lol

Really appreciate the water for the wait! You guys tried really hard to keep it moving having multiple people running out getting cards/money. Honestly probably a 10 minute wait in line? Not too shabby!!
