Well let’s start with iv been going here for a good long time good flower not amazing, quality of service is another story. Last week they had the anniversary deal which included a shirt , poster with a purchase of there TOTR or so I was told by the salesman, when I was called to check out they changed the price on my total purchase which is ok but then was told that they only had small shirts so I asked if it was possible to get it another time. So let’s fast forward I go in with my sister who is a medical patient she did not use her first time patient last time and was told by the bud tender that we could still use it so we were all hyped up to get a free 1/8th of flower . So we get our name called to be next to check out and I asked if they had a shirt in my size now they said yes, went to the back only to have the manager come and correct the bud tender saying our first time patient was no longer available and that the shirt would not be allowed because I didn’t purchase there diamonds all while catching attitude from the manager who was no help what so ever ( which is ok I will not leave a tip anymore) only to be followed up with a lack of customer service. I’m just disappointed that who ever is training the bud tenders is doing a below poor job.

I've always been a fan of Giving Tree, mostly because of the service. But, I'm also hooked even more because the product we get is always great quality for the price. Curbside pickup is SUPER easy and fast!

Usually great for curbside pickup, however lately they seem to be having extended conversations with other pick up users which delays the whole process. The people who want to talk and as questions should park and go inside.

They have quality products and I normally enjoy my visit. I don’t normally leave reviews but, I feel like I was treated unfairly today. I understand the COVID-19 is causing confusion. I placed an order and received a text saying that my “total was 43 after tax”; I got my change and I was told it was “$56” I showed the guy my receipt and I was confused because it showed my order total was “$43.44 and my change due was $-56.56” so I told him I could grab change to cover the difference but I still would like a dollar back to make $57. He said he would just give me a dollar, I said that would be fine. I got back in my car and my girlfriend counted the change I received and it was $42. I went back to resolve the issue and the guy came back out and wanted to take all the change and my receipt back with him, I said that was fine. He came back out and gave me mostly 1 dollar bills. I feel like this was extremely unprofessional and I did not appreciate that over $5.

This dispensary is awesome. Large amount of options for flower concentrate & edibles. I always enjoy buying from here!!....

I drive from Anthem to visit this dispensary. The staff is always helpful and happily answers questions about the products. It is one of the only dispensaries that carry the Kindred capsules which are my favorite but they have a wide variety of edibles and flower.

I love this little place dude. The workers thoroughly sanitary yet calm demeanor was perfect for making people feel as safe as possible, which shows a solid understanding of how people work. The nerdy lady who helped me was really cool, it's easy to let your guard down when people are humble yet articulate as she was. The best part is how in the cut this place is, it's so hidden it feels like a secret spot to pickup the dominatrix pack. Hyped I live close 10/10 would eat pizza off the floor.

Firstly the staff at this location are phenomenal! They are patient, caring, informative, and they have some the best products and flower I have ever enjoyed. My first trip definitely won’t be my last! Each employee I talked to was happy and helpful. I went there to purchase some AC/DC and something different to blend it with. After discussing what I wanted, the bud tender suggested White Widow (I usually blend AC/DC with Jack Herer) and the mix is absolutely perfect for me. The laid back atmosphere was a nice change and the knowledgeable staff is an added bonus!

The curbside pickup is so convenient and the staff is very pleasant.

I was able to order online through Leafly and was notified by text when my order was ready. It was ready for pickup with a few hours AND they offer curbside pickup!!!!! This is awesome for us 60 something's who are trying to avoid the virus. This service is sooooo helpful. Thank you!

The curbside pickup process was the easiest pickup process I’ve experienced during this pandemic. Dispensaries have had to change protocol many times to adapt to the new information on COVID-19, and I appreciate The Giving Trees customer centric focus while maintaining safety for your patients. I spoke with Whitney today on some concerns I had, and she was excellent. She not only addressed my concerns she even called another dispensary for me to seek clarification. Thank you so much.
