Nirvana Cannabis - North Phoenix (Med/Rec)

So after having a terrible experience with the flower I had purchased yesterday, I put both strains in pop top containers instead of keeping them in the bag they come in. The terpene profile is much more present in each strain and has less of the grassy smell it did previously. Both strains are a nice stoney high and even though the bud was still a little on the dryer side, they burned nicely in my bong. I would shop here again, but would prefer to do so once I am able to come into the shop to see/smell the bud once that's allowed again.

This is my first time stopping by this dispensary. Immediately I’m upon my arrival I was impressed! They have an amazing showroom and friendly staff. Danny was my bud tender and he did an amazing job going over all the specials as well as the different types of effects you get from each. Although this dispensary is a bit far from home I wouldn’t mind stopping by to visit again!

Very disappointed! I placed an online order and I didn't realize (because it isn't listed on the website) that you can't pick up an online order inside. I decided to go inside because there was something else I needed besides what I ordered and it was their 7th Anniversary so I wanted to talk to some vendors and get some info and of course some free swag. I waited for about an hour to get inside only to be told that I had to go back outside and get in my car to do the curbside. I was told that I can't add to my order. Normally, I wouldn't think this would be a problem. You would think I would have been told, come on in and pick up what you forgot and then do the curbside to pick up the other. I guess I am not allowed to have a curbside order and go inside and buy what I forgot to order....Really? So I left without purchasing the other item and picked up my online order curbside. No swag, no info, no vendors, no freebies, no free pre roll for my third visit, wasted about an hour and a half of my day and left feeling frustrated. Not a pleasant experience.
