nuEra Chicago (Recreational)

Great dispensary everyone is so knowledgeable and friendly and I would recommend when you go talk to either of my favorite budristas Cait or Uriel aka Dabs they have the dispensary game on lock.

I am a medical patient and shop at NuEra Chicago due to the super cool staff. Prices are aligned with the rest of Chicago, with some good discounts/sales weekly. The shop itself is a bit beat/worn/tired, the exterior looks like a 1970s pinball/arcade storefront which kind of drew me in because in that. era, we went to the arcade to find some old hippie to score a bag. I would say the facade has zero effect on the people, products, or service, however the vibe is that laid back cool culture the makes the experience a delight. The entrance is right off of North Ave, with a bus stop “Route 72, I believe. Personally I would prefer an entrance on a less busy street, for anonymity, some employers still frown on even medical usage. Overall this is my “go to” store for medical needs due to the people (customer service), and cost. The new app is much more intuitive than the earlier versions. Thanks NuEra, see you again soon.

As a medical buyer NuEra Chicago is my regular dispensary. There are lots on options near me, but none of the others compare in pricing and service. If you go look out for Leon or Caitlin, they are always a pleasure to see!

Angelica was very helpful and got me the freshest nugs.

First time in and it was an exceptional experience. I came in the evening and had Jess. She made a regular out of me. I have never experienced a dispensary with an employee have the education , patience and urgency to furfill your specific need. The service was so good I made an account to review on the same day ! Jess is an asset for sure and will make it an experience and the products suggested … 10/10 .

Love this spot! Easy parking and no hassle service. You don’t have to go in one door and out another on the other side of the building like other local shops which is really annoying. Everyone here is super awesome and helpful. Skyler is my fave but Jon helped me out last time and was great. It doesn’t feel like a complicated task to go.

Brittney was amazing!! She not only got me the best deal but introduced me to interstate 420 and I love it!!!

Staff is fantastic! They're friendly and informative, never pushy or intrusive. Good pandemic safety - masks required, evident social distancing, hand sanitizer. Service is brisk and efficient, if you've made sure you preorder. If you drop in without preordering, they do have a room with a tablet where you can make an order. ATM on-site, or use debit at the counter with a fee. Easy parking on Ada Street. Great place to shop!

This is my first dispensary experience just a mile away from my home. They have made it really easy to access great quality product! Prices are also very reasonable! The entire staff is friendly, caring, and patient to all costumers. Leon especially has made it a fantastic time every time I come shop! Thank you NewEra!
