NuEra - East Dubuque

I love coming here! The staff is always upbeat and friendly.

I would give them more than five stars if it was an option because they deserve it. Love the staff love the energy love the product.. I could say More, but it would take all day

I just adore the staff at nuera! Always a quality experience with exceptional customer service and personable staff, with a wide variety of products that are easily accessible through their website. Convenience for thc lovers at its finest.

I’ve truly enjoyed watching NU ERA in East Dubuque grow and evolve over time. As a medical patient, it’s a big deal to finally have access to fair pricing and solid quantity options locally without having to drive over an hour to a medical dispensary. Their $100 ounce deals have been long needed in this area and are very much appreciated. Bringing that level of value to the local market makes a real difference for patients and everyday consumers alike. NU ERA has done an excellent job creating value in a recreational market while still respecting medical patients. The pricing is competitive, the rewards program is strong, and there’s almost always a deal on something worthwhile. Their online ordering system is smooth and efficient, and the in-store experience is organized without feeling rushed or awkward. The atmosphere is friendly and welcoming, and the staff consistently treat customers with professionalism and respect. As both a customer and an advocate for cannabis in Illinois, I genuinely appreciate having a dispensary in our area that prioritizes value, accessibility, and a positive experience. Thank you to all that make that store what it is. 🙏💚

Miguel was my bud tender and he is amazing! Took the time and listened to what I needed. Great place, it's my 1st go to. See ya again!

I was given the pleasure of having Andrew for my Bud Tender. He has such a wonderful spirit, great knowledge of the products and I look forward to being in his presence again. His sale skills, people skills and his love of animals are top notch. Keep on Andrew!

always a great experience today I got everything at 40% off. I was very happy about that.

Andrew and the crew in East Dubuque are awesome! Super fast and great vibes every time! Will always recommend.

Favorite and only spot for pot!

Andrew did his job well. Always great customer service!

This dispensary is now my go-to favorite! I rarely have to even bother shopping online at any of the other options in town as this place seems to always have the best deals to go with all the BEST selections! Service is fast and I really enjoy the laid back atmosphere. I don't feel pressured at all, but at the same time I do find myself trying new things because the budtenders are always talking about their favorites! Keep up the awesome work!

Stopped in yesterday for just a preroll and left with 2& a full heart. The connection and atmosphere was genuinely refreshing. I had the pleasure of meeting Atticus first, who is seriously a one of a kind human filled with positivity and love- would 100/10 recommend! I work in service and i talk to a 100 people a day who just want you to be on your way, but he was patient and explained everything to me- it felt like we’d known each other forever! Then I also got blessed with Andrew, Alex, and Nathaniel W.- all of whom were just as wonderful and made it one hell of an experience! Thank you guys, cause I’ll definitely be coming back- if not for the product, for the people!

I have been coming here for months and they always have the best deals and service. I rarely ever have to wait when ordering online. Andrew is an outstanding bud tender, he made sure I got the best deals and didn’t miss out on any sales. Best dispensary in the area :)

I absolutely love this place. I'm a lil weird and uncomfortable in public and they have never made me feel bad and that's a big deal for me. everyone is fun, respectful, funny, knowledgeable, and it's just overall a good experience tbh. they also have a great rewards program and omg I bought a labubu bong lmao so they have tons of fun accessories too including dog toys. it's the right mix of knowing what's going on and fun. this is the only dispo I go to now. thank y'all for being incredible <3

Alisha helped me out a ton, was kind and personable. 10/10 service!

I had a problem with payment and they fixed it right away.

I got the rainbow and cherries cream 1g cart at nuera, the staff were very joyful and friendly and they helped answer any questions I had about the product I was buying. The store has a good varied collection of products under different brands. The atmosphere is good and relaxed for a smooth shopping experience.

Absolutely amazing people and Service!
