I have been going here for years and service seems to have gone down steadily over the years. Seriously thinking about other options at this point.
They are always very helpful there and I have recommended it to my friends. Went in originally because that is where is used to take my grandson to his pediatrician, lol 😆!
Been going here for 2 years love it! It’s more of a wax place, and weed is super good just little more expensive then CannaBro’s which is good prices on weed

This store used to be great. But they seem to have new management that doesn't care and never updates the menus online. Basically a huge waste of time going to the store since you have no idea what they have in stock. I've just stop going at this point, there are better options in town.
Awesome staff and wonderful website! Love the selection and descriptions. Makes it easy to make a happy little shopping list before I visit so I can get in, out and on my way 😃

Two years since my last review on Oasis in Newberg & Still the spot I like the most. Always friendly to me, very helpful on product. Jacob & Ernest are the ones to see!
My fav spot in newberg. Great staff, killer rotating deals, and quality can be good. at least it rotates thru quickly.
I came in this location every once in awhile and every time it seemed like they improve get something different that they haven't had and then I bought a $40 ounce from them I get it it's $40 the weed was good but when I got it home it was full of seeds not just a little bit full of seeds. And I called him to notify him about it and make them aware of it tell me next time I come in he make it better. I came in he never made it better. Some toothless dude with a dirty mouth is greeting you.
I came in today with three generations of women in my family. Two of the women were very hesitant to come in, being new to cannabis and not knowing what they were looking for. Michael and Geoff were extremely patient and helpful. They listened to all of their concerns and needs, and answered all their questions. Everyone walked out with the perfect items to suit their needs. After we left my Grandma commented that she loved how professional and knowledgeable they were, and would be happy to come back without me. Wonderful place!
employees were very nice but the manager that was an older lady needs work on her customer service and attitude I will never order here again as she was really disrespectful, that's bad when younger people have a better attitude than the older generation # teachrespect
I’ve given this place one last chance one too many times. They have horrible customer service, I’ve argued with more than one bud tender on their discounts and was walked away from mid sentence so the person helping me could help another customer complaining.The product is fine but there are other shops in town with wonderful customer service and really who wants to deal with difficult people...
I love this shop and all the budtenders. the atmosphere is calm and laid back. the budtenders know the product well and never hesitate to answer all my questions. loyalty program, chill lounge, amazing products.
I haven't been in for awhile due to some bad service this summer. But I'm glad I have you guys a second chance. Friendly new, knowledgeable staff and top shelf product at great prices. Thanks Oasis for revamping! I shall spread the word! Taylor is WONDERFUL!!!
I go to Oasis in Newberg every single week. The people that work there are amazing and down to earth, not to mention extremely knowledgeable about the cannabis products they offer. Hands down best dispensary in Newberg!!!!
Won't ever be back return policy for hardware is ridiculous. That goes for all shops. Didn't have receipt for a piece of hardware I was sold that didn't work because and was told sorry nothing we can do without a receipt. I understand no returns for consumables but for hardware. This needs to change. I understand if I broke the item, but the item I was told it was it wasn't so obviously they don't know what they are selling. So $40 down the drain yippee.

Taylor and Michael gave me their undivided attention for 30 minutes. They were friendly and helpful. The selection was great! I was looking for a wide range of strains - various CBD to THC ratios and in various forms - flower, cartridges, & edibles. I shall return!
So, I was asked to do a review, and will happily do so. =) Simply I adore this place. It has taken root in my heart and become my prime location for purchasing the products I like and enjoy. The selection is great with a wide range of options and variations for multiple levels of income. I've personally tried a good handful of items from the varies levels and can honestly say the quality is amazing regardless of the teir. I recently purchased a simple half size Pink Lemonade and would like to report only half was taken and am quite simply very comfortable. And, well, the staff, they are amazing, humble, friendly, and knowledgeable on the products they sell and would recommend this place if your looking for a great store. Thanks guys, see you soon! ^.^
