The person fulfilling the order was very nice & helpful, I enjoyed my experience!

I shop here on a regular and always find it to be welcoming, up beat, very informative staff, and never waited longer then 5 mins before being helped. The products are always good quality and for a good price. My only wish is that all dispensaries (not just OG) would label the carts with flavor additives more.

The young woman that helped me was very sweet. She made sure to ask me how my day was going, how I was doing, etc. The honeycomb I purchased is really good.

Worst dispo in Salem. Been pissed off there a number of times. I live across the street and will never set foot in there again.

THEY NEVER INCLUDE TAX IN THE PRICE!!! The ad says they do but its a scam. when u ask about it tbey smurk and tell u too bad. BOYCOTT AND PICKET!!!

Been going to the OG since they had only one shop on Hawthorne and Silverton Road. Having the Cross store in my neighborhood is fantastic. Nothing but good positive stuff to say about this business. Salem needs more small businesses like this. 👍🏼

False advetised price of product. Order online and show up and product was 3x more than advertised!!!! Lost a regular customer today. The folks that work there are nice, place is clean and good products but last time dealing with ordering online and showing up to a product again 3x more and there were several with same issue. Honor your advetised price!!!

I am so loyal to this store. They are fun, knowledgeable, organized and all around great people. I’m completely loyal. There are a lot of shops around and I’ve tried several, but I won’t go anywhere but here.

Quick and proficient. Best priced cartridges anywhere, literally 50% of what they are anywhere else. Cross st store has the biggest variety of carts. Good prices and quantity of products too, good thc levels terps, etc
