This is a clean, well-stocked dispensary that carries products I often can't find at dispensaries closer to my home in SE Portland. Prices are very good. Jim, the bud tender is friendly and knowledgable, without making you feel like he's trying to see you something. I have a dispensary ten blocks from my home but make my regular purchases here because its such a great experience every time. I highly recommend Health Awareness group to others looking for high quality product and service.

Staff is very friendly and professional. I felt taken care of. Some of the prices seemed a little high, but I think that's due to the location. It's pretty far from my place, but if I was in the area and needed some flower, this is where I would go.

Easy to find off NW 23rd. Does have one flight of stairs so not wheel-chair accessible. Compact reception area with chairs (yeah!). Super budtender, Chris, knew mj strains and best pain control herb so got A-1 personal service. With the excellent flower - bought 4 strains. Area is clean; budtender uses tongs so bud is clean. Will return in future.

Great location and great hospitality. I was stranded downtown with little to no cash. Stopped in to ask for a couple rolling papers, after about 20 minutes of friendly unrushed conversation I was given a complimentary preroll. Great prices, great products, as a patient/grower who visits many spots I would have to say this is my top choice in the nw area. Stop in, meet the owners and leaf with a sense a recieving a great all around deal on your meds

Just came in to this cute little shop with a friend, and I will definitely come back. I love that health awareness group feels like a family instead of a big business. And that Pineapple Kush rocked my world! They have a small but absolutely flawless selection of buds here and the donations are reasonable. See ya again soon fellas!

Really liked this place a lot! Loved the enviroment an how it was tucked upstairs in a house. Everything was out an nicely displayed an they have a lot choose in terms of edibles an bud. The staff was extremely friendly an helpful. i got the blue dream myself and it was excellent an fresh highly recommend it.

Thus place is really awesome. Been to a few places. Went back to a place where the Budtenders blow your mind on knowledge. Definitely making OW a home base. Treated myself with some Lemon Diesel and some PK8. Great place. Great vibes. I love this place!

Excellent availability of meds and advice. Knowledgeable, friendly and understanding staff are always accommodating and easy to talk to. Great location, on 23rd in Alphabet District. Check them out when your in the area. They just keep getting better.

Staff is extremely friendly, relaxed, and knowledgeable. The dispensary is small but the selection is good and the product is top quality. Got some great advice about medical vs. recreational marijuana from the budtender (sorry I forgot his name!) I will definitely be back!

Health Awareness Group was a great shop to visit. The flowers selection was great, had about 10 different strains to choose from and the guy working, Chris, had great recommendations. It's a little awkward going through a nail salon to get there, but it was worth it if you ask me. Definitely recommending this place to all my flower friends.

this dispensary is perfectly located off 23rd street just a couple blocks from the trolley stop. it's one of my favorite, not just because they usually have something very affordable for those on a budget, but because the staff is very knowledgeable about the benefits of terpenes and cannabinoid profiles. if I wish to discuss the latest research on the benefits of cannabis, these are the people I go to.

First time in yesterday. The space and Jim are both hidden gems in NW. Small space, but had a nice array of flowers and a handful of other items… you may want to call before popping in if there is a particular flower you are looking for, otherwise, if you're like me, looking for "something different"… you'll find a kind soul behind the counter with a smile and a genuine knack for the business. Bud selection isn't that great. But I still wouldn't just completley write them off the list just yet. Diamond in the ruff.

This place has a very welcoming, fun and friendly staff. They have a good selection, and the atmosphere is the least speakeasy-like dispensary that I have been to.

Coming in as a new patient I was pleasantly greeted by a very friendly staff. I felt comfortable almost immediately and the medicine was easily viewable in nice clear jars. Can't wait to try some of it.
