My first time here. the security guard on duty was a welcome sight walking thru the door. I felt secure! the quiet atmosphere was awesome also. No blaring Bob Marley was a extremely nice touch. this will be the ONLY place I go for my medicine.

although they have fewer flower options, they are all quality...they have a great $60 quarter option that is consistently top notch...very dense bubba nugs.. friendly staff with professional operations system. I go whenever im in the area..also they now have delivery with the lowest min. purchase I have found...thanks for being reasonable!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I live in Carmel mountain ranch and drive here to get my products. Yes, I could have them delivered, but I like the experience of walking in. Maybe I'll get a delivery one day, but driving in to see things is my preference. Other dispensaries have been up and down in my personal experiences. I truly KNOW that each and every product I get here is A+++, they've earned my loyalty. The specials are on point as well, I'd probably say the same if I were in a budget. Writing is one of my hobbies, I don't work for them. I've seen some fake reviews out there, not cool.

Not only is this the only legally operating dispensary in San Diego, but the staff is the nicest, coolest bunch of patients Ive met. My experience was medical cannabis personified! I LOVE this place and the view is spectacular too! You are all the example and the rule on how easy and stress free it can be for everyone needing their meds. A very fluid process too. Their menu and happy hour are a brilliant idea and your genetics are AAA. Thank you for your dedication to greatness!!

One of my favorite dispensaries in California period. The atmosphere is very quiet and peaceful, the people are knowledgeable, respectful, and very kind. Not once have I gone there with the employees having attitudes or them not showing love to the customers. Very enjoyable bud shop and impressively fast when they get busy.

I really like these guys! Staff is always friendly, the flower is ALWAYS top shelf, and it's conveniently located for me. Just be careful pulling into the parking lot...it's a bitch...

I've been to a lot of pot shops this one tops them all as far as knowledge goes on their product and the environment. The bud was top quality. I'll be coming here pretty often from here on out

Not the fastest service but I am thankful to find a shop in east county. Was a FTP and got 25% off. They don't weigh the bud out in front of you either. I read other reviews that said people were shorted. I weighed it out when I got home and it was spot on. Good prices and a friendly staff. Great urban feel to the collective. Definitely going to go back.

This is one of the first in the best in legal places around. Don’t forget about it, always have great deals. I’ve never gotten a bad product from them. It’s about time those amateur website People (leafless) relisted these guys on Leafly again.

This was my first time in a "legal" San Diego dispensary, and it definitely exceeded my expectations. From the second I walked in the door, I was greeted by both friendly staff members and security. I felt extremely comfortable and relaxed shopping there, where other dispensaries have left me kind of nervous. Every employee that I encountered was courteous and helpful. I left feeling satisfied with my purchase as well as my decision to shop at Outliers Collective. I will definitely be a return customer.

I've got to say out of all the dispensaries I've been to this place ties with treehouse collective for service and quality. It was nice to walk into a building that you actually feel safe and my bud tender, though very stoned, was extremely nice an helpful. It seriously seems like 9/10 bud tenders just don't want to talk to you and act like you are inconveniencing them when you ask for help. It's like u sell weed for a fucken living you should b stoked beyond belief. Anyways I bought 2 grams of harlequin and hollay shit it's amazing. I for the most part only smoke high cbd strains because I have bipolar disorder and I just can't handle high thc strains. Anyways I had previously written this strain off due to some bunk I got a while back at 7 points wellness...those guys are assholes. Anyways these guy's weed was amazing and it destroyed my anxiety and mania while keeping me sober. They also gave me a free shirt and 2 grams for twenty bucks!!!

I am a satisfied client who returns here regularly. A lot of the staff is very friendly and am pleased that some have knowledge about flowers themselves. The more knowledgeable, the more friendly and helpful and the more knowledgeable about individual products;the better Outliers will be. Happy but as is true everywhere;there is room for improvements that could be easily implemented.

Nice professional establishment with a huge selection of wonderful medicine. Romulan flowers were a real find of great quality.

More expensive? Yes. Better quality? Yes. Outliers is a first class operation. They focus on standardized products, something sorely lacking in most of this fledgling industry. To find a dispensary of similar quality control you'd have to travel to San Francisco. I never buy there anymore, because I grow more than I can use: sun-grown organic. And you can't beat sun-grown organic. If you cannot grow your own, and don't wish to undergo the years of learning it takes to grow quality cannabis, go to Outliers. For artificial lighting indoor grows, it's the best you can get. And if I ever run out for any reason, Outliers is the place I'll return to... until my next crop comes up. :) It's almost as good as mine, and that's saying a lot. Mick Mack on Google+

First time here, I felt very welcomed. Staff was friendly and I really felt comfortable. Flowers did not disappoint!

Love this place, have been coming here since they opened, great staff, good prices, awesome bud and just across the street from my home. Long live OUTCO!
