Went for my first time this evening and loved the place! Awesome atmosphere! The owner's dog was even there! Very clean, great selection, amazing, friendly, knowledgeable people!

The product here is great as well as the interior of the store. It has a very nice art gallery type of feel. I do have one complaint though and that's the customer service. It's not bad but it's hard for something that doesn't exist to be bad. I must have been in at least 20 times now and still no one has even asked my name or hardly acknowledges when I walk through the door. Again great product here but as soon as somewhere pops up in the area with friendlier staff who make you feel welcome and at home that will be my new store.

Everyone was so friendly and helpful
Chaotic atmosphere. I had just started to get information about the bodycare products from a sales associate when the owner himself came over with two other customers, literally mowed us out of the way, and I never even had a chance to look at the product, or to continue my conversation and questions with the sales associate. I was appalled by the owner's rude and inconsiderate behavior, and will not go back.

As this weekend marked our 10th day in operation we were still working out the kinks and discovering where we needed improvement. Again I apologize for any bad experience you may have had. As you can see from other reviews we have had stellar interactions with all of our other clients, and had you come back in you would have seen that our concierge service and pricing is as good if not better than any of our competitors.
