Had one good experience with a budtender that really tried. Thanks to her. Had two mediocre experiences, then one terrible one. Other than that first good experience ...budtenders acted inconvenienced I was there...did not walk over and be available to answer questions. When I did try to inquire about a product, they would not let me touch, hold, or examine the display item. Said it was against shop rules. Do they think I'm going to sprint out the door with it? Last time I went there...The two girls let me in, and once I started asking about the products to the budtender...the receptionist called me out to the waiting room. She said they computer would not accept my medical card. And that I needed to leave. I asked if I could not buy my medicine, could I at least buy a silicon pipe. They said absolutely not. I left and went to the shop on Walnut. My card worked just fine. Got all the meds I needed.

I think you guys are doing a great job there and i like a couple of you employees you know how to talk to people and you get to know the person so you know what they like when they come in the next time. Katie Jordan and Linda. Keep up the good work. :)

location is poor, but this is not why I'm leaving a comment. 18 to 21 a gram is there price. This is the highest price I've seen. I don't understand how a dispensary 15 minutes away can have 1 price for all strains (and they are all high %) then you guys charge 6 more a gram!!!! I'm glad I walked out and went west!

Wrong price on Online and on Menu then wouldn't honor their mistake. Left multiple times without buying anything. Hopefully things get figured out. Constant dissapointment....

Finally got to visit Phresh on 4/20 and had a great experience. They had some astoundingly good deals for the holiday. The person who greeted me was super friendly, and the waiting room area had a great atmosphere, super sunny room, chairs that matched the decor, a water cooler & a restroom, updated menus, and even mints on the check in desk. I assume normally I wouldn't have had to wait. The folks working here were really nice, and things just seemed more down to earth than the other dispensary in town. The parking lot seems a bit small but, again, because of the day I assume things were much busier. I like that they seem to have somewhat better prices on certain strains. They also carry a wider variety of edibles than I've seen elsewhere, which is nice.

It's never ok when a business - a small, local business, especially - is closed before their posted hours. Doors and web say 7, but locked tight at 6:30. Not much else to say.

Phresh has stuff adevtised,and they don't even have stock. If you are going to price grams for $5 and you run out. You shouldn't keep it up, where people make a drive to get some and you say, "oh we don't have it anymore". I spend a decent amount usually but the $5 was too good to pass by. Never going back. Would advise others not to buy from there.

If you are going to own a business with rules unlike other stores then maybe they should be posted. No one will come back in 24 hrs when there are other locations minutes away.

Pricing is outta control, for low quality bud. You don't get what you pay for here

I will say I have been a fresh cannabis customer since they've opened and they have very good knowledge and customer service skills always have the best strands and good quality also with good service when you walk in everyone's respectful and polite and the place clean. keep up the work.

Cute little dispensary, friendly bud tenders, and quality herb.

I purchased a $10 pre roll today and it was empty! The gal had just admitted to having issues with weight and that they were being quality controlled a lot better to another customer before she took my order. Will never go again

the quality of flower is poor. i wish there was a better option in forest grove. they are trying to charge top shelf prices for rough looking outdoor. no thanks!
