the service I received today was quite poor. the gal who was working didn't even notice me when I came in because her back was turned and her head was down. I had to say something to get her attention. Then when I was putting in my reward information she cut me off and moved on with the sale. Then she got a phone call and walked away from me without even acknowledging me.

Best in Bend! =) Hands down the very best dispensary in Central Oregon! The staff is incredibly knowledgeable about cannabis strains and products. I always feel more than welcomed, they always make me feel like family. The space is warm, welcoming and clean. Great product lineup, without too many junky things littering the space. Just the best to choose from, and the best help to find what I need, each and every time I shop. Sometimes I'll pop-in just to see what great new flower stains they've brought in from their local farm, and end up shopping for a bit just to enjoy the atmosphere. You'll have to check it out, since it's a pretty well kept secret! But not for long. ;-)

Everyone at Plantae is so nice and down to earth. They are all so knowledgeable about the products they sell and make you feel welcome as soon as you walk in their door. I recommend Plantae Bend to all my friends 😊

Yesterday evening I visited Plantae based on excellent reviews. The atmosphere was clean and modern, however, I was a little disappointed that they have a waiting room. The lady at the front desk was very kind and helpful as I signed up for a loyalty card. Unfortunately, the budtender who assisted me was not the least bit friendly. She never made eye contact with me and had a very disinterested and annoyed demeanor the entire time. It was also the first time I felt hurried by a budtender and I've been to quite a few dispensaries. I asked her the difference between two strains and she just shrugged her shoulders and said "they're both indicas". Not very helpful indeed. At the end, she handed me the Oregon pregnancy/kids warning card, but said to throw it in the waste basket on the way out. It seemed odd to say that considering it may violate the whole purpose of issuing it in the first place. Anyways, the other budtender helping another customer seemed much more friendly and helpful, so I believe my experience may not be typical considering the high reviews. Their products were high quality and I enjoyed the bud and edibles. I will try coming back another time and hope for a better experience.

Employees are always super friendly and helpful. I’ve bought everything from clothing to glass to concentrates, to tinctures, flower, and prerolls...and I’ve always been impressed! Love this shop and their deals and hours! My favorite dispensary in town for sure.

Tonya and Jacqui may be the best budtenders in Bend. Tonya is a “walking encyclopedia about cannibas”. If you have questions this is the dispensary you should visit!

Very bright, open, modern space with an excellent selection of farm-to-table cannabis. This is important not just because they have control over the product from start to finish, but also because it allows them to offer the highest quality product at prices that seem to be more competitive than their competitors. The last Budtender to help me was Tom, and he was very knowledgeable. I had mentioned to him some flower on their menu that sounded interesting, but after asking me a few questions he suggested an alternative which turned out to be fantastic, as was the other flower he recommended. I have been to a number of different dispensaries in Bend, and what I dislike most is the lack of knowledge about the products they offer and which ones to recommend based on a person's wants or needs. This is certainly not the case at Plantae. I suspect its because they farm the cannabis so they must know a lot about what they're growing, and thus know which products to recommend to their patients/customers. Based on their flower, knowledge, layout, location and pricing, this is easily one of my favorites, if not very favorite dispensary in Bend!

We shop at the Madras Plantae and are impressed with the knowledgable and super nice staff. Sara, Amy and Kyle are really friendly and ready to help and answer any questions. The store is kept nice and clean, but the parking area could really use some improvement, too many people double park with their engines running while they run in to pick up a pizza at the place next door and it makes parking impossible.

amazing! good product and good prices with lots of good deals every day of the week. this is the ONLY place I want to go to get marijuana. my girlfriend loves the wana blueberry gummies. highly recommend Plantae Bend

Great staff, fantastic atmosphere and prices. Any time I've had questions, staff is very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. I used to hope around a few places but over since either found Plantae it's my go to place.

I really like that whoever sets the prices at Plantae doesn't try to scalp their customers like all the other dispensaries in Bend seem to have no problem doing right now. Nice to have morally upright business owners. This is now the only place I go to pick up in Bend. The daily specials are great too. $5 FULL GRAM PREROLLS ON FRIDAY (yes, a full gram without the paper and crutch. I checked, because I got pretty fkn sick of some other dispensaries in the area handing me a "half-gram joint" with 0.2 grams of weed in it). Fat Tuesday you get 20% extra on the first eighth you buy (4.2 grams instead of 3.5). Dope spot. Staff is always friendly and mad helpful. Place is clean as a whistle and there are drinks in the lobby. Can't beat it!

Crisp, clean and bright. This place is relaxing and professional and the budtenders are great. I feel like they pride themselves on having the best products. Like their edibles: a small selection, but only the best received items available. They try to give you the best option for whatever you’re looking for and that’s super convenient because you don’t need to check strain or product reviews on Leafly before you go. And if you’ve had something amazing recently, they’ve heard about it and stocked it.
