I purchased a Vape for my pen last month that cost me $79.00 I just opened it two days ago and it is totally defective. They said that since its been purchased just over thirty days ago so they will not exchange or refund. I am stuck with a defective device that I purchased from them and their response to me was that I should contact the manufacturer. I am a patient, I don't have a lot of money and now I am out of money that I gave them for a product that is just not going to work. I am heartbroken, in pain and out of medicine. TO THE OWNER(s) of GOLDEN STATE GREENS I HOPE THE PROFIT YOU MADE ON A DEFECTIVE ITEM I PURCHASED FROM YOUR STORE WAS WORTH LOSING A PATIENT OVER AND YOUR REPUTATION. I certainly will be doing my part to spread the word on your FOR PROFIT OVER PATIENT SATISFACTION policies. I will never return to your collective, nor will several of my friends whom I have shared my experience with. ABSOLUTELY SHAMEFUL

I'm sorry to hear our return policy bums you out. We do really try to offer the best products for our patients, however defectives do come as a needle in a haystack. We are sorry to hear you were the unlucky recipient and that our 30 day return policy was not sufficient enough for you to try the product. I will note the defect with our purchasing team for further review on ordering that product in the future. We do hope you visit us again! Looks like you've tried Select, Orchid and 710 Kingpen as well, one of those might be more dependable options. Stay classy!

This is my go-to dispensary. The wait times are usually reasonable, there's usually a good variety of price ranges for what I want (usually Sativa flower), and the service is good.

I love the patient/customer service you receive on the medical side of things. They take their time and explain things so you can be educated. I've worked with seniors for years and I see them take their time with seniors to ensure they are comfortable & get the right product.
