A little rushed atmosphere but great service

Ordered a 6-pack of Lowell Pre-Rolls on the website. Went to pick up window to get them. When I got back to my office, I found that the package's seal was already broken and there were no pre-rolls OR matches in the package. When I called, I was told that there was nothing that could be done right away, and that I would have to wait until a manager called me back. That was 20+ minutes ago. I have been a regular customer for 6+ years and have always had a pleasant experience, but this is absolutely ridiculous. I will not be returning and I will make certain that everyone I know and everyone reading any review board will be dissuaded from shopping here.

I had mine delivered, however when I called in trinity help me and she was so nice and helpful and apply the discount for me and then called me back to make sure that I understood that I got in an additional LOL and additional discount on another item so I really appreciated that she was great the greatest Rachel as for service and seems like a pretty cool place so far and I also like the punchcard idea that's a great idea it's good that you guys do that! Well IAM a big fan of pick- up your order it's perfect quick, easy and very friendly people! You could indulge in more higher THC levels! Indica is my go to though!👍👍👍

This is my favorite dispensary to visit when I come to San Diego! The staff is always so friendly and helpful, the prices are reasonable, good quality and always chill Jill vibes. Always recommend Golden State Greens!!

Just found a seed in my Gorilla Glue from Eight Brothers... don't they feminize? Not a fan of Eighth Bros packaging either. There was a giant sticker over the instructions how to open. Tried removing but it was stuck on there GOOD. I figured it'd be similar to other dispensary packaging but ending up busting the plastic. Recommend getting Eighth Bros to step it up and/or offer bud from other growers. Ty

I visited Golden State Green lake this past Friday May 4th, with 2 friends. Out of town from Rancho Cucamonga we wanted to have a little adventure. The dispensary was easy to find, SAFE parking, & a sign on the door to know that you were there! Stepped inside, the lobby was very clean & welcoming (one of the coolest asthetics), there was even a very clean bathroom. We were checked in, while we were waiting for our profiles to be created, we started taking turns using the bathroom. When my group was called one members my group was using the bathroom. The budtender (who I do forget his name but started with a K -Keenain maybe?) called us up & I let him know that someone was using the bathroom & he just stared at me without saying a word he rolled his eyes turned around & stood behind the desk. Myself and my other friend were wondering what was happening so my friend asked, he said you have to wait. That was the beginning of end. When all of our group was ready he took us in. The shop itself was packed with so many amazing products! Medical & recreational. However we couldn’t check any of it out because our budtender kept us restricted. He wasn’t helpful with providing prices & it wasn’t that he just didn’t know he wouldn’t check! He would not give me a price for Henry’s pre rolls because I had asked to about single pre rolls. Another budtender overheard & provided us with the price while our budtender was putting something bacn. We asked about pricing for different shelves and he just pointed to a menu. We aren’t new to shopping at dispensaries because all three of us work in one, but we aren’t from San Diego & none of us had ever shopped at a dispensary in San Diego, everyone does things differently so having someone just point to a chart with prices was not helpful. He made shopping extremly difficult, it seemed like he was working harder at being rude & difficult rather than just smiling. You work in a pot shop have fun with it. We were just wanting to have fun & picking up from a different shop seemed like a good idea, that we work in shop we pay taxes also but recieve a small discount, we sacrificed our store discount for an experience & it was ruined by our budtender. He was extremely short when any questions were asked, belittled our group, & rolled his eyes several times. At the end of it if he wanted to make a girl feel bad mission accomplished. I got into the car and started crying. I picked up mostly what I wanted a really good pre roll, dank eigth and a flame gram, but it wasn’t worth the being patronized. I had intentions of also picking up a cartridge & a topical, but I was scared to ask to check out anything else. This review is solely a representation of the experience with the budtender. The product was 100% quality and TOP NOTCH. The shop itself is SUPER clean and well laid out. Tons of product from what I was able to see. This collective serves state medical & recreational patrons. From what it seems like they have a delivery service & the order ahead & pick up looks super convenient.

Just got back with my stapled up baggie with pre rolls and I am missing one of the joints I paid for. Total bummer because it’s so overpriced here in california to begin with. The security hurdles you have to go through are time consuming and then to come out without my full purchase is a major disappointment.

Golden state greens is hands down my favorite dispensary in the SD area. They always have decent prices and are friendly and quick with purchases. They have a great referral program and student discount. Would highly recommend!

This is the best dispensary in San Diego they have they have excellent product knowledge and they help veterans seniors and cancer patients with the best care I love this place and no matter where I live in San Diego I'll always come here because of the way they treat me everybody knows your name when you come in the door on I just love it here on my way there all right now

Small but friendly and airy.

Awesome spot that takes walk-ins but they also do delivery and pick-up orders. They run a lot of deals that they list on a chalkboard when you first walk into the bud room. Heavy Hitters has a cool display and sometimes they give out their disposable vape pens for $1 when they do customer appreciation days. 100% recommend going to golden state greens!

Honestly I can't tell you in all the years they've been going there I have never once had an uncomfortable or Bhatt experience if I were to say anything at all it would just be me being a brat because my favorite pre roll wasn't available because it was sold out of the the mat Lake honestly I don't have any complaints and I would even consider that I complained that's just me being a brat

This is only the third dispensary that I have been to since getting my med card, and it will be the only one I go to from now on. The wait is not too long, and I believe I went while it was busy, right at 3pm when traffic gets horrible in the mission valley area. Great customer service, everyone is super chill and friendly and welcoming, especially chill for the highly anxious like me. Good prices and great deals and discounts! I got 25% my first time! Great dispensary highly recommend!
