I'd first like to start out by saying that everybody who I interacted with at this store was kind, friendly, and respectful. I had a great experience while I was in the store, everyone was joking and chatting and it was a great atmosphere. However, I was looking to buy a concentrate to dab - when I asked about whether or not a certain bubble hash was dabbable (full melt hash), the attendant who was aiding me told me that it was. It went home to have a dab of it, and it didn't melt properly while leaving a nasty tasting black residue on my nail that won't burn off. It was absolutely NOT full melt hash. Went in to get dabs and came out with a ruined nail and a waste of money on a product I was told was what I wanted. Great...

Was a really solid shop 4 or 5 years ago, not worth the visit these days

I’m leaving such a poor review because while I was here, budtenders allowed someone to shop without a mask. Already questionable, but then once it was my turn to go inside, one of the budtenders wasn’t wearing a mask!! A bit shocked by the lack of covid precaution in the dispensary. Will not return.

The staff was very professional and friendly on my entrance to their lobby, and continued inside with the gentleman that helped me at the counter. His knowledge of product and merchandise was extremely helpful, and expedited our transaction seamlessly. He even unsold my cheep ass...Color me impressed. Made a mistake going back here. They advertised a 30% sale on a specific brand that expires on a Saturday 03/07 but they say it's a weekend only deal? When they already have a separate weekend special on extracts. No where did it say weekend only deal. 30% sale stickers were still advertised and when questioned they all seemed clueless. Seems like they hate working there too, how this place stays open is beyond me. Seriously what a joke lmao

I live in Sandy and work in Gresham but I drive down to 82nd to get my concentrates. Friendly and knowledgable people work there and I will keep driving down there because it's worth it.

I had josh as my budtender and he was super easy going during the whole transaction, taking the time to show me all the products in my price range and telling me about the discounts! 10/10 will come back

They lied to me and sold me to pre-rolls that were supposed to be infused that we're not for 40 bucks they're scandalous they're in it for them selves they don't care about nobody else they just want your money

Called to inquire about a strain that LITERALLY said to call in for availability. Rep did not know stock or any information about this strain. Was placed on hold for 4 minutes and then hung up on. Tried to call back 3 times and got a message machine each time. RUDE service!

I came in during the week completely different staff from when I come in on the weekends (my days off) and I felt like I was rushed and did not feel welcomed. I will stick to coming in on the weekends because staff is a lot more helpful and welcoming .

Would shop here if they listed their THC/CBD percentages. But they don't, so I go places that do.

Great prices and good strains however consistently they will try to short you a couple dollars when getting your money back. Not sure if they’re stoned or just can’t do math.

Im always impressed with how knowledgeable the budtenders are and they're also very welcoming and kind. They carry potent and top shelf strains but even the lower shelf items are high quality. My favourite dispensary by far and worth the trip. < pun intended. ^_^

This dispensary is the only one that’s always consistent. Other places in town will lure you in some a good strain of weed that they might have for one or 2 weeks. Or with killer deals for one week, but Puddletown consistently has good stuff and they always have a nice variety for every level of budget

The parking lot can be sketchy, and it’s no boutique, but the staff are knowledgeable and super helpful. They also have great prices, and a good assortment of all types of products, including edibles and various extracts, even high cbd lemonade!

Puddletown is awesome! Best prices for the best quality bud I’ve found around town and the staff is always really friendly, welcoming, and knowledgeable.
