The workers are super cool and friendly, the prices are really good, and the selection is magnificent. I definitely recommend this shop and I also recommend Wedding Cake. It's super tasty.

the bud tenders are extremely helpful. also having a menu to read while i wait is awesome because then i dont really have to take to long browsing. they are also open later then most dispensaries around my house.

I use to enjoy coming here now since Rec sales started they seem not to care about there patients. Raising the prices on there flower to 35 to 45$ a eighth. There are alot of dispenserys around guess I will have to find a new spot😑

We have definitely received some feedback from our longstanding medical patients regarding the increase in prices. We still have flower available at all price levels, in fact our selection has never been better. With the increase in business in recreational sales, we have put a large focus on expanding our top shelf offerings. These come at a premium. While we are very sorry to hear that we are losing you as a customer (we treat everyone at Puddletown like family) we do believe that the price reflects the quality of the flowers and the current market conditions. We keep an eye on what other shops are selling their products for and price ours competitively. We hope you give us another shot.

I was driving by and decided to swing in for a pre-roll. The staff was very friendly and the atmosphere was welcoming. They gave me a free gram pre-roll with my purchase of 2, 1/2 g ones fur my 1st visit. I was excited to get Jack Herer for my free one. but, when I got home I was disappointed, I had to pack it to smoke it and found it to be only 3/4 full. feeling a lil cheated there... the 1/2 g's were alright. But next time, I will inspect them a lil more thoroughly before I buy.

Sorry your preroll wasn't up to your expectations. So many pre rolls get made in our shop, sometimes one slips through the cracks... Hopefully that won't deter you from coming back and giving us another shot!

This place has the best bud I've seen around town. The door man is as nice as they come and the staff are friendly and knowledgeable. The Girl Scout Cookies is fabulous, you have to try it.

One of my favorite dispensaries, awesome budtenders that are friendly and know their product. If you like medibles, I'm pretty sure they're the only store that has Trokies. Their fast acting and AMAZING! If you stop into Puddletown I strongly recommend you try one. Also, their in house Cheesy Dick is absolute FIRE!

We pride ourselves in excellent customer service and take time to educate patients about the products we carry. However, sometimes our store gets very busy and in we need to be as efficient as possible to accommodate other patients who are equally as important. Give us another chance, maybe sometime when we aren't so crowded.
