I love this place. A place where I can find bud late @ night. Always friendly very knowledgeable budtenders. I’m a new patient & what I have to enjoy most is I can explain anything, any feeling, any amount of money & they always help! If it’s budget week I’ll say look, all I have is $15-$20. What can I get where it’s the bang 4 my buck. They always know what to grab. I’m so all over the place with all the new terminology, the strands, the brands all that & im so indecisive! :-(

So I placed a pickup order the other day for their "shatterday" special which is: buy 2 concentrates, get 1 FREE. Being an MPX and Releaf Shop supporter, I purchased 2 grams of a strain that I have bought at least 4 times. And that DOESN'T include the diamonds in sauce grams of the strain (which by the way is really very similar in flavor to the live resin batter that I'm referring to in this novel) that I have picked up times before. The strain- 'the guice', which happens to be one of THE MOST UNIQUELY AMAZING flavors I've ever experienced, is what we're talking about here. I received a 'fruity pebbles x sour dub' live resin batter for free. I had Sam who is amazing, and JT helped clear up some issues along the way and hooked it up with a free pre-roll for the lengthy wait! AWESOME FOLKS! Normally I wouldn't post a review like this without reaching out to the merchant first, but I've been sold the wrong items here in the past and the return experience was VERY uncomfortable for me - made me feel as though I was not being believed or something whacky like that... weird body language on their part about the exchange or return (more than once this happened). Plus this has me so angry that I feel others should see that any dispensary is capable of the following, regardless of how the merchant RESPOND/REACTS to this experience review: foolishly I did not review my purchase items to verify their correctness (never again!); however, to my credit I watched my meisters scrutinize each gram's bar code (from a distance) because the system was acting funny, therefore I knew it was 2 guices and 1 fruity pebbles x sour dub - so I was confident that the products in my bag were correct. Once I got home 45 mins away, I realized that one of my 'the guice' grams packages was actually cut open flush across the top, underneath the pre-existing seal (assuming it had contained a heat clamp seal, but EVERY MPX batter product that I have EVER purchased from Releaf Shop has been heat clamp sealed across the package, slightly above the zip-lock, to ensure tamper resistance.) Not this time. (And if you're thinking that maybe the packaging just didnt get properly heat sealed from MPX, then I can assure you that when standing both 'the guice' pakages side by side, the adulterated one is about 3/4" shorter than the other two grams I purchased, the tear guides are evident that someone took a tool such as scissors to slice flushly across the packaging tear notches on either sides of the packaging (also both the other packages had heat seals present, and at the edges are 'tear guides' still on both unopened grams). I peer into the dab jar of this tampered with package and the product is proper MPX looking batter, however 'the guice' (being true to its name) typically has a vast amount of terp sauce oozing around near the main glob of batter. This particular product, however, did not have any "sauce" in it. It resembled grams of 'afterburner' LR Batter that I have bought in the past. Real yellow, maintains it's shape and remains a glob as opposed to a puddle or a coating like appearance in the jars. I believed in my heart that maybe it happened to be one that was randomly selected by the state to test the batches or something silly like that. I told myself a couple of bizarre things to justify something like this at a dispensary. So I fire up a hit of this batter and it doesn't taste really anything like the previous 'the guice's that I have had, from multiple dispensaries as well (whoever has the best price typically). I cannot fully put my finger on the flavor profile, but it is CERTAINLY not that of 'the guice' LR Batter. It sort of reminds me of 'afterburner' LR batter or something more subdued in flavor. Again, 'the guice' is just too unique. Once you taste it you know when you have or have not had IT again. It truly is THAT outspoken. So even though I set out to supply myself heartily with some of the most effective for me medicine (the guice) of any medicine that I have been able to locate, because I went with Releaf Shop, I will instead have to procure more funds to repurchase this item wherever I can ACTUALLY find it again (because it's so frikken difficult to locate). BTW it looks NOTHING like the other gram of guice that I purchased on the same transaction. Once I took a hit of the sealed 'guice' lrb, I knew I had been taken. I am just so irritated. I didn't know that MMCC dispensaries could maintain these kinds of business practices. I just dont think being given OxyContin in an Ibuprofen bottle from the pharmacy (I.e. Walgreens, CVS, etc.) would sit well with the regulatory bodies OR the general public, (which is an inflated but parallel example of what happened to me). I just dont really know what else to say. TL/DR: I bought 2 grams of an MPX strain and 1 gram of another. One of the grams that I bought 2 of was already opened and doesn't (in my belief) contain the labled product strain. Haven't had a chance to take it back; however, past returns made me feel so uncomfortable that I am hesitant to even bring it up to them. I essentially cannot prove anything about this anyway. I technically could be outright lying (but to my horror, and more devastating, my sadness I am unfortunately not embellishing even one single detail here... so) CHECK YOUR PURCHASES AT THE FIRST CHANCE YOU GET TO HANDLE YOUR MEDICINE. MAKE SURE YOUR ALLOTMENTS ARE CORRECT ON THE MMCC PORTAL, AND YOUR LABLES ARE PROPER AND THAT YOUR TAMPER EVIDENT PACKAGING HASN'T BEEN EVIDENTLY TAMPERED WITH. Happy medicating folks!

I'm poor and all the other dispensaries are too expensive and this became my go to dispensary when I became a member of leafly I went thru all the deals on all the dispensaries and saw the trim and shake deal last winter and came to releaf and fell in love with the trim and shake deal! I am however been disappointed because it seems like you took the deal away for a while then brought it back! it was first $100 for an oz of shake...build your own shake and trim I loved it because I could try the 7g bag of different strains and I'm indica all the way and I would come every Wednesday and pick up 2 strains of indica for 100 oz and then I would call to see if you had it that day there would be times that you would run out and I would be looking forward to that oz it helps me feel so much better than street weed! But it's not worth going to the dispensary if you have less than $100 and also have a long way to take the MTA. So basically if you have -$100 you may as well go to the guys on the street corner sense weed is decriminalized. Then you guys brought the trim and shake deal back but cheaper and 1 strain oz was $75 or 4 different strains were $100 and you guys had big shipments for a good 2-3 months and you even added Friday so people could have an extra day for the deal and pick up their meds. I got disgusted because its a great deal and you should be more prepared and order more strains especially indica sativa and indica/sativa hybrids give me major anxiety so Ive called there before and you guys ran outta indica many times as well and you never know what your getting on the street luckily Ive been able to get indica in the neighborhood I live in. Can you please bring back the $75 oz of 1 strain-4 strain bags $100oz? I can't afford any other dispensaries and Im tired of buying 1/8 for $25 so I buy $50 for 2 eighths. I'd like to start going back to releaf again but I won't be unless the deal is back or if you get runtz by cookies or runtz ropes/ sour patch kids edibles. When you first had the deal for the oz for $100 you guys used to give out pre-rolls as gifts or t-shirts and water and a cbd strain once at your head shop. What happened to the free gifted pre-rolls I used to go and smoke one for relief while waiting for the train when I was on my way home. That should be brought back $75-100 is a lot of money for some of us chronic pain patients and that pre-roll should be gifted to us! We deserve it and don't be so greedy remember it's medicine we people need!!!! It's so sad that dispensaries are geared towards the rich and some of us chronic pain patients can't afford to go to the dispensary so they have to buy small amounts off the streets! I wish our medical cards (insurance) could pay for our medicine... just because of the stigma people don't know/care and need education about medicinal cannabis! cannabis is medicine too!

The product I ordered, and received confirmation that the order was prepared, and then ready was out of stock when I arrived to pick up my order. The curbside assistant, and the front counter staff were very unhelpful. They didn't want to bring my order out at first, insisting that I instead go inside to pick up my online order. When they finally agreed to bring the order out they then informed me that the product I ordered was out of stock. The curbside assistant did at least offer to bring out an alternative, but just handed me the bag and told me to have a good day without even telling me what I was getting. She then told me she "believed" it was 'phantom cookies', and the order actually turned out to be 'tally mon'. Instead of another 7 gram shake bag like the one I ordered, I was given 3.5 grams of flower buds. This all took place without me even being presented with any of the available options that they actually had in stock. I feel like I was taken advantage of, and completely disregarded as a customer.

I just left there and bought some Lavender Jones with my last 3.9 grams available. Receptionist and budtender were very friendly.

I'm like a kid in a candy store everytime I come to ReLeaf!!! Customer service is great, if I have ANY problems Im always able to get it corrected by the staff.. When you come to ReLeaf.. take a chill pill and relax.. ask the questions and you'll get the answer.. coming to this dispensary having unrealistic expectations when this is literally the most cost efficient dispensary in the city and the state of Maryland will only increase your anxiety. Be sure to bring your patience and your Maryland medical cannabis card

I love going to Releaf Shop ever since I fount them going to lunch at a job close by. Pros Great service Great products Great prices Friendly atmosphere And my favorite pro of all is they are Pooch friendly as long as your dog behaves I would assume. PS Dottie and Large Marge loves the dog treats. Cons Well none really. I would say that a friend of mine still hasn’t received SMS daily messages with deals and strain drops but nothing back breaking Actually my one big gripe is the parking lot, due to all the 1 way streets people don’t like to obey, the flow of the roads but that is more on The city then anything. Only becomes a problem the last hour, Friday’s and usually promo days. All in all they have the best deals around I have fount so far, and no complaints.

Back on track! My bud tender was courteous (curbside p/u) and appears improvements, i.e., staff communication and product quality and selection have gotten a lot better. It's been about 2 months since returning back to releaf shop, and there have been no issues. Kudos to my bud tender, who assisted me today!

We’ll it’s great cause it’s open late but when I get a gram of shatter and only get like .5 because everything stuck to the paper I feel like I got taken off and I know it’s not there fault but I thought we was past putting shatter in them glass jars on parchment paper. The parchment paper got most of my wax it’s sad thank god it’s not my only medication.

ReLeafShop is my favorite dispensary! I have been to dozens of dispensaries in Maryland and throughout California. Releaf has consistently provided quality products, great service and the best deals around. All staff are super friendly and give perfect service. I have had great experiences with all budtenders such as Ashley, Gabby, Max, Jessica, LaShawn, Dave, Steven and Nancy and many more. I come here at least once a week and love using the curbside service paired with Leafly preordering.

Employees are very knowledgeable about the different strains and cannabis in general. They were all very friendly and made me feel like I was wanted there. The atmosphere is very comfy, clean, and relaxed. This is going to be my go-to dispensary.

This is sad cause they’ve been my go to dispensary for a long time now. But a few weeks back I bought an OZ of Culta Cobra Lips from them and the bud was fu*ked up. It crackled and popped with every hit, the ask was straight black and god did it give you the worst headache. So I email Culta and to my surprise, they were amazing. I had a customer service rep named Karly and she told me she would replace the OZ even if I had smoked some, she just had to reach out to Releaf with email to explain the situation and reimburse them on the OZ. She emailed me back to say she had emailed and good to go. So I reached out to Releaf 3 different times and I was told to leave my number and the manager or owner would call me back.... yeah that never happened. I guess I’m stuck using medicine that is clearly loaded with fertilizer. Biggest disappointment ever

Every visit is great!! Security and the curbside works are very respectful and welcoming!! They aim to satisfy their customers and are knowledgeable about the products. They always have at least 2 of my faves in stock!! I travel from Owings mills and it’s worth my drive!! Hold up... the prices are smack!! I’d bet you won’t find a better deal and on the better strains! Ok I’m done 😊💙
