Every visit is great!! Security and the curbside works are very respectful and welcoming!! They aim to satisfy their customers and are knowledgeable about the products. They always have at least 2 of my faves in stock!! I travel from Owings mills and it’s worth my drive!! Hold up... the prices are smack!! I’d bet you won’t find a better deal and on the better strains! Ok I’m done 😊💙

ReLeaf is the closest dispensary to my house so I end up going there regularly. It’s like the McDonald’s of dispensaries in a sense that everyone kinda goes there because it’s convenient and easy.
They have “sales” occasionally and during my most recent visit I picked up a bottle of Liberty RSO capsules. I’ve used edibles and RSO syringes more times than I can recall, but this time was different. I took 4 the first try because 100mg is about my max. I felt absolutely nothing from the 40mg I took. Fast forward a couple more tries with 4-5 capsules and still nothing. So the other morning I had ten left and thought “fuck it”. So I took all 10 which equates to 104mg. I should have been on my ass. I literally felt nothing. I know it’s not ReLeaf’s fault per se, more so Liberty’s fault but still. Decent place to go if you need meds and you’re out of options.

I love that Releaf is always open late. It comes in handy especially when you can’t or run out of medicine after 9.

I pre ordered.... I showed up to no line for once and I still had to 20mins. I go into the back. I wasn’t told what my order so I would know it’s correct. I asked for the tender to ADD an item. When I got home I realized they left out the main 2 items I went there to purchase.

Nothing about this is in and out. Still have to wait 20 mins for a preorder or be filled. Anything under 45 dollars normally gives me a headache. I’ve been coming for about two years now and they still don’t offer a reward program

First time at any dispensary and it was super easy. The staff were super kind and all were, like, celebrating the occasion.
Well, there’s one guy that’s very rude and impatient with me, he should find a new job ASAP.
Today, I preordered and didn’t realize I only could pay with cash. So I asked if I could come in and they young lady said too many ppl were in there. Ok, fine. So I went elsewhere to an ATM. Came back to pick my items up. My order was $115.00 but they didn’t have the exact brand I wanted so they gave me a different one that was $5 less. So I expected to pay $110. I gave her $120 and received $5 cash back. So they need to be more clear on item pricing, specify cash only pickups and better customer service. I’m in enough pain, I don’t need these problems.
Visited this dispensary on 9/26/2020. Ordered online through Leafly and picked up in store. Took advantage of the buy 3 grams get one free. My bud tender was Diarra. She’s always super friendly and QUICK. If I could request a bud tender I would request her every time. As for Releaf’s product; always quality bud and there is always some kind of deal happening to save you some cash.

I live in Baltimore and I'm a frequent customer at ReLeaf Shop. They have a great selection of premium strains. EJ at the front desk was extremely helpful to me with picking out what I wanted. She let me know of something that just came in that was off menu and I am a big fan! All of the employees are helpful. Definitely check this place out and try a premium strain

This place used to be GREAT when it first opened with caring, knowledgeable budtenders and a good selection of product. Now they can’t keep anything decent in stock for more than an hour and won’t update their website or menu when they run out of things. Employees are so disorganized and unhelpful, even by stoner standards. Can’t even blame all the good people for leaving (upper management is just now allowing people to collect tips). “Sale” days are the absolute worst - crowds will pack in and they’ll run out of whatever was on sale within the hour. They’ve also claimed to be “CDC compliant” with the pandemic, but that just means they have a security guard who occasionally tells the 20 people waiting outside to step away from the door. I’ll keep going because it’s the closest dispensary to me, but it’s super disappointing how bad this place has gotten in less than 2 years.

Baltimore’s finest dispensary. Treat you like family. Great deals and products. That’s my Shop!
Been buying all sorts of products here for the past year, specifically flower. I buy 6 eighths and one looks obviously short. I check and it's 1.6 grams. I weigh the others just to be sure, I get 3.6. I call and I'm told to come in. I get in and the manager tells me nothing can be done and gives me a discount on my next visit. What kind of customer service is that?
All I wanted was verification that the weight is correct. He went on and on about the scales being state certified. Ok? People make mistakes. This was packaged in YOUR store.
Say goodbye to a long time customer.

Great quality and quantity!! Never disappointed! Staff could be friendlier for sure, but the product makes up for it! :)

The people are beyond amazing. Funny, helpful, understanding. And never make you feel stupid asks the dumbest question here. It's very busy, but the line moves very quickly. The prices and sorta mid range, and so are the sizes. I go about 30 out of my way to go here, variety of products is fairly large and well in stock. Only really bad side it's so loud and impossible to hear or have a conversation. Maybe lower the music at least until mask and distance aren't an issue any more. Check this place out.

Releaf is always legit!. I understand glitches can happen, when ordering online, but with Releaf I never have that issue. They have the best prices and a robust menu that they frequently update. I always appreciate the extra effort they put into keeping the shop operating smoothly. Finally, what makes this the most legit shop in the area, is the quality of people they have. Big shout out to Moose, he took care of my order. I remember from when he first started working. Seeing how seamlessly he transitioned into a knowledgeable bud tender, is clearly due to their component managers/ownership. Plus the love he has for the industry. I overhead a manager (Chelsea) just speaking so kindly to her team, while still being efficient and getting patients in. This is such a great place to get positives vibes, in a negative world.
I have been a customer here for quite some time. My caregiver goes almost weekly for me spending hundreds of dollars. I placed an order through leafly yesterday at 9:05AM at 9:12AM I got the text saying it was ready. My caregiver goes to pick it up AND THAT IS WHERE THE ISSUES CAME. He got there after 5PM and the order was NOT prepared at all so he had to wait (defeats the entire purpose od ordering ahead). Then all of my items were no longer there. I wanted 2 bottles og RSO pills and they only had one of this particular brand. No one bothered to call me to say all of my items were not available. Instead I get a text saying my order is ready for pick up. I understand Leafly sends that but it couldn't do it if one of their inept employees didn't initiate it by pretending to fill the order. They then try to sell my caregiver a similiar but MORE EXPENSIVE product. That is the literal definition of bait and switch. When I spoke with JT the manager he was NO HELP. Wouldn't acknowledge that his staff screwed up. He kept giving me a bunch of excuses saying his staff woild never do that. How do you tell a customer they didn't just experience what they did without doing any investigation? PURE INCOMPETENCE is what that is. If the manager is incompetent it stands to reason so are his employees. This is the 3rd time I have had an issue like this. There are too many dispensaries in MD to patronize one with incompetent employees with ZERO customer service. Pure Life here we come.
I ordered edibles because they said they were having this MAJOR SALE before Thanksgiving and I waited over 2 hours for them to tell me that the sale was on another product. They didn’t seem to care too much and offered me a laughable discount if I wanted to come back. Thanks but no thanks 🙏🏼
