Rev Clinics - Somerville (Medical)

Upon visiting Revolutionary clinics I was greeted by friendly security to check-in. I had to wait outside due to "Covid restrictions" which is understandable. I went inside the actual brick and mortar building showing both ids. I was then met by an energetic and friendly girl that went by the name of Jen. She was very knowledgeable and helped me make a great choice with medicine that suited my needs. Although I received a defective vape cart, which happens every now and again, I returned to the store and Jen went above and beyond to make sure things were right. I can see why revolutionary clinics have been voted the best medical dispensary in Mass.

Revolutionary Clinics has by far the best customer service. Today my experience was extremely pleasant. I was greeted with a genuine smile and served with optimal service. Sara was the kind woman’s name. She told me about a renewal deal I had no clue about and a 30% off deal menu, who knew? Not me apparently! Needless to say, I WILL DEFINITELY BE BACK!!

Sara was knowledgeable, attentive, and made quick work of my visit with great suggestions. I had called ahead and spoke to somebody as well to answer a few questions and get suggestions before I came. Those suggestions worked out great, but I unfortunately forget her name whomever I spoke to. The crew here has by far been the most knowledgeable that I have experienced so far.

Today I payed in the garage for my pick up order. I say a new face. Her name was Sara, she was energetic and gave some great suggestions on some strains I hadn’t tried yet. She was quick and efficient and gave me a great customer service experience. Thanks again Rev Clinics!

I've been shopping at Rev Clinics in Somerville since I first got my medical license. Huge thank you to Sara, Jill, and Team 67 for always making sure I leave with good medicine and a good laugh!

I had a wonderful experience, everyone was super friendly. I was helped by Sara, but seen Rus and Lee there as well. I was greeted at the window by Marquis. I didn't have an order ahead of time, but got my order from Matt and Perry. Thanks Rev Clinics for carrying all of my favorite products

First timer here! April at the window was so helpful and explained all the new patient deals. Came inside and got helped by Sinead and Jen with some of my edible needs. Every one was so helpful and informative. Will definitely be coming back! =)

This place is great!! My first order was through delivery. I ordered $700 worth of items but I didn't realize my bank had a daily $500 limit on debit/atm. It was very embarrassing but Rev's team was very accomodating and patient, they stuck around to help me revise my order. My most recent order was a pick-up. From the moment a rolled up, everyone was so awesome and friendly! The security guy checking IDs was super cool, we had a fun conversation. When I got inside, I was helped by Quis. Quis was just as excited about the items I ordered as I was! His enthusiasm is boundless! He helped me understand the loyalty discounts and other services they offer like their consultations and their art gallery.

Stopped by the other day. Sinead is my new favorite budtender! I’ve been smoking sativa, sinead recommend a hybrid indica and I’ve never been more relaxed.

I deal with pain daily and Sara Crandall was very informative about what products might work best for me. Thank you team 67😊

April and Jesse helped me immensely by describing the strains I had ordered and how to get the most of its use for my condition. I always appreciate everybody there, as it's a regular location for me and everybody is always so nice, but today left a great impression on me as Jesse and April were both so helpful without me even asking. I would certainly recommend this location and the products they carry, the pricing is phenomenal and the respect for medical patients and the medical process is just beyond.

I was referred to Barbara and had a wonderful consultation with her over the phone as I am some ways from Somerville. She is very knowledgeable, kind and easy to talk to and so very helpful. She also emailed me with a summary of the info we had talked about as well as links to some products we had discussed. Very informative. I felt like I was talking to a friend she was so kind. Barbara rules. If you want to know about cannabis ask for Barbara. You won't be disappointed.

I ordered my medicine to be delivered because of a busy workday. Ty and Dan did the delivery to me and it was such a great experience, as always. KT and Sara were awesome today when I stopped by to make my purchase. I needed to return a couple of defective batteries. No problem. Excellent customer service. I had a million questions for Sara. It felt like a conversation with a friend. Engaged, polite, knowledgeable, professional, and super nice. You have amazing staff. I have never had a bad experience. You are my main dispensary.
