I have shopped at Revolutionary Clinics twice, once in person and once via delivery. I had great experiences both times, the staff in the store were all very nice, and my delivery from Stu was great. I placed the order online and received a confirmation while the order was packed, as well as two texts with Stu's ETA. I don't live very close to any of the physical locations, but I was really happy with the delivery service and will definitely be using it in the future.

Been to the location and loved the vibe and product. Used deliver For the first time today, and Stuart was a great representation of the brand on the road. Professional, thorough, and a genuinely nice dude. Will 100% come back and reuse the delivery service. A+

I went early on a Saturday morning expecting to be in and out. For an undisclosed reason, I wasn’t able to get the 2 edibles I went in for. (Meanwhile other customers had no issues). They didn’t even apologize for my having to wait. I ended up leaving empty handed after waiting for 30minutes for 2 products. Will never shop here again. So unorganized and terrible customer service.

Very easy to get to. Friendly, helpful folks, good variety on the menu, and a very comfy and clean environment. New patient discount is sweet! I'll definitely be back.

I gotta show love to my guy Kerwin, he's the one who helped me the last 3 times in a row and each time better than the last. He knows the product, knows how to talk to people and keeps it quick and simple. He is also the only one who can pronounce my name right, it's not a knock to the others but it is appreciated. Special shout-out to the check-in person, I did not get her name but every time I've walked in she's been welcoming and it is appreciated as well.

One of the coolest dispensaries I've been to. The atmosphere is super chill and the space is packed with what I can only describe as a stoner built space. Comfy couches, welcoming atmosphere and so many cool things to look at. The staff was laid back and helpful, when my tender didn't know the answer he happily went and found someone to give me some info. Kudos for not making it up 🤘 The flower looks great, a bit dry but that's to be expected from any good dispensary. I really enjoyed the flow from check out to pick up, very old school pharmacy vibe. Only thing I'd suggest is putting little Boveda packs in with the flower to keep it fresh.

Very disappointing experience. I bought a 2:1 vape cartridge to use occasionally during the day when I still need to function but could stand to be a little more relaxed. I've used 1:1 cartridges from other dispensaries in the past and they worked well. Really glad I tried this one at night for the first time because, as we used to say back in the day, I was so wasted! Tried it again another night, same effect, and I could clearly feel the thc "bite" in my lungs that I only get from the normal, non high-cbd cartridges. I suspect they mislabeled the cartridge. I called them expecting to get some vague explanations about how it's impossible for them to mislabel a cartridge and that's just how that strain is, etc..., but was pleasantly surprised when, after I explained my experience and asked if they could test it, the woman on the phone said yes, we can test it or we'll be sure to work something out for you. So I jumped on my bike, road 3.5 miles over there and, as you can imagine, was told by the manager that "it's impossible for them to mislabel a cartridge and that's just how that strain is, etc..." Really disappointing. If they'd just told me that over the phone it could have saved me a trip. Not the end of the world, was a nice day, got some sun and exercise. But be warned, if you buy high-cbd anything from them, test it at night first.

Revolutionary Clinic is my favorite dispensary, the atmosphere is calming, beautiful & uplifting. Everyone is happy, knowledgeable and personable. This is the only dispensary that regularly celebrates its patient's with parties, that are always a blast! Today I had the pleasure of being helped by Barb, as usual she was wonderful, Thank You Barb!!

This place was amazing! Kind, helpful employees, lovely, calm space, amazing $200 new patient match. My only complaint with this place is the JOINTS. They are a mess and were a disaster to smoke from start to finish. They must use some kind of poorly devised rolling machine as there is a big gap between the filter and the first bit of flower, and another gap an inch or 2 up, giving the effect of a joint with 2 deep creases running through it width wise.

New cardholder and had a great experience at Revolutionary! Barb provided me A+ service and talked me through all of the awesome products. I’ve been back many times since!

I'm a regular visitor to Revolutionary Clinics but had been gone for awhile as I healed from surgery. Barb greeted me like old friends and asked how my recovery was going. It's nice to have that level of customer service. Not to mention that I swear every time I'm there, Barb is doing something new from front desk check in to budtender to getting called over by other employees to help with problems. At first I thought she was the manger, but she said "I'm just Cannamom!" Cannamom is truly top notch and so is Revolutionary Clinics. Thank you for making your customers feel valued. You know I'll be back (just get more flower in stock, please).

Staff member was continuously rude and was very condescending durning my visit.

Well staffed and stocked dispensary - plenty of parking which is a big perk in Somerville. I have been to this location about four times and was first drawn by their $200 new patient discount which is amazing, and that the location is convenient for my day to day. It’s also great that they open at 9am. So it was the deal and location first but I like this place a lot and will keep going after The new patient deal is over. The staff take the time to talk to you, get to know what you need, and are knowledgeable, if not always experts, about their products. Quality so far has been solid - carts work, flower is good, and the selection has a good mix. So overall very happy this place is on my commute.

Single best experience I have had at any dispensary. My first visit. Greeted by friendly security. Showed my ID's and entered. Was greeted by an amazing young woman with purple hair cannot recall her name so sorry. (her pic and bio should be included on ur website) She was amazing, her smile lit the place up! She assisted with my paperwork and gave me a rundown of the place. I was the very first patient of the day had the place to myself so I really had a chance to take it all in. You have to see for yourself its really a great space. My budtender heard what I was looking for and made some helpful suggestions along the way. I utilized half of my $200 allowance as a first-time patient. Left with a lot of great items that I know will help me with relief and energy. After finishing and paying I received a receipt which you bring to a different area and then your order is filled. Very efficient I thought. Overall it was a wonderful experience and I look forward to a long relationship with all the wonderful folks at Rev clinics. Thank you all!

This was my first visit, the staff were all friendly and the environment was inviting. I got a few strains but just tried Blue Dream and it was a great euphoric high, it didn’t make me sleepy nor did it make me energized but it did make me happy :). I definitely recommend this dispensary.

I came to Revolutionary Clinics for the first time yesterday, and I would just like to say that the help I got from the staff was amazing! I was helped by Barb and Danielle, and they were kind and caring and warm. Barb in particular was very knowledgeable, and went the extra mile to help me!

by far my favorite dispensary due to the wonderful staff (especially the original crew). parking is great and menu is diverse and more consistent than other dispensaries. Fitchburg's Finest hash is pretty good, but overpriced! My only problem here is the excessively dry flower. Time after time, I buy dry flower from both locations (based on employee recommendations) and it turns out to be tasteless, weak sand when u break it up. They offered me these hydrating packs to get the flower to get "plump" again.. it simply is not a good solution; once the flower is that dry it's DEAD. These packs won't revive the flavor, consistency or potency. it's a fact! With good quality flower, this place could be one of the top 3 facilities in GBA.
